Food 3/5 - really good but the quality varies. Some dishes are low quality. Fish in sauce, factory made meatballs particularly bad. All the other food was actually very good! Tip to manager: Keep the quality consistent. Make your own meatballs. Taste all the food! Beds: 1/5. The 'blankets' are very rough and uncomfortable. Tip to manager: This is not expensive to fix. Soft fleece blankets would be great! Rooms: 0/5 They really cut costs here. No decorations, worn furniture, no nothing. Just four walls and two beds. Lights very uncharming in the bedroom. Walls are scuffed, trims are unfinished. Tip to manager: If you find the right artistic person, you could decorate the rooms on a low budget. Change those bedroom lights to something cosy and soft. Look at at details in the rooms and paint walls. Just that would make the bedrooms feel like a 3 star hotel instead of a 1 star. Bar/ Staff: 1/1 The bar offerings are so bad! Bar looks boring. Looks nothing like a bar. No flavour syrups. No fruit. No rum. Staff also never smile. Staff feel hostile or just very quiet and tense. It makes the whole hotel feel unwelcoming and not relaxing at all! Only the cleaning lady and one young reception guy were really nice. Tip to manager: Staff seem threatened by you or they just hate their jobs. Maybe they're paid too little? A smile here and there and warm welcoming attitude please!! Treat your staff nicely and they might treat us customers better? The bar could be made much better with more options. It's not more expensive for you to serve a cheap rum than it is to serve a cheap gin? Fresh fruit isn't expensive in Turkey. Think about some cheap changes to give customers more drink options. Create two basic cocktails to offer in your all inclusive! Cleanliness: 4/5. Rooms are generally cleaned well. Pool is very clean. Outdoor bathroom is not clean! Change priorities to manager: 1. Rooms and bedding 2. Welcoming warm staff who smile 3. Drink options 4. Consistent food quality (mains)

The worst Hotel we have ever stayed in , we go away 4 times a year and this has to be the worst hotel ever , staff just stare at you , food disgusting and uneatable, room are a joke and the balcony has 2 plastic chairs and it's full , we had to go on balcony one at a time , the manager just walks around smoking and growling at staff ,stay well away from this place , all inclusive? Ha utter rubbish

WiFi never works. Food is limited and the same everyday. It’s good if you earn low income or on benefits but not worth it if u have good standards, most people are Russian. The location is good. Rooms are basic, no kettle, iron, very basic, never again.

Receptionist very rude and rasist. He told us that if we are not Russians or if we don’t learn Russian he cannot help us and we can leave. Very poor costumer service and rude receptionist. Low air con in the room (working but still hot). Poor food selection. Restaurant terase and pool terase are low buget and low maintenance. Paid for see view room and didn’t get one. Cleaning in the room was daily and change towels as well no complaints about that.

Clean hotel, with ok staff. Luckily the air con and (tiny) balcony views were good. Bar very limited & open 11am to 10pm. Biggest disappointment was the food. At best it was lukewarm, & switched between bland or over seasoned, pretty much the sameclean everyday. Wouldn't visit again. 😪
