Where do I start?! 2 friends starting for a week in B&B basis. Hotel only interested in money and not providing a service. Main points: 3 hangers for 2 women when asking for more, was told 'NO' but the rude asian women in reception, who has to be the most miserable and unhelpful woman ever. Room was filthy on arrival, Shower was freezing, all the hooks and toilet holders were hanging off, bathroom had bad smell, open wires on the balcony, lift was always breaking down, manic lads screaming in the corridors at 05:00. On complaining about all this, nothing was done and the rude woman shrugged and said oh sorry! Table on balcony not seen a wet cloth in its life. Food was a joke, 2 loaves put out in the morning for breakfast and when they're gone, no more was offered, random mush in the hot plates, no pastries for continental, as mentioned in the offer, lived off fried eggs. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND. Only saving grace was the view of the beach. This hotel is old and run down.

Good hotel located on the beach and in main area of marmaris for bars and resturants, rooms nice , Seaview from balcony , breakfast ok selection of food , rooms clean shower is OK , and beds comfortable and clean lifts avaliable for room access

This hotel is in a great location being right on the beach and it’s only a 15 minute walk into Marmaris town Centre, the hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the cleaners came into the room every day and did a very good job. The breakfast was the usual offering with cold meats, cheese, olives, fruit cereals, or you could opt for the hot breakfast with freshly fried eggs strange little sausages, mushroom scrambled egg, tomatoes, and weirdly rice pudding. This is predominantly an all inclusive hotel, but I only went bed and breakfast but I have to say that the bar selection didn’t look brilliant. If I had a criticism of this hotel, it would be the reception staff possibly the most miserable people that it was my misfortune to come across in Marmaris who seemed to be completely unhelpful with the exception of one girl who did smile and try and help. There is a BIM supermarket right next to the hotel for your day-to-day needs and ample restaurants and smaller shops on the opposite side of the road. For the size of the hotel, the swimming pool is relatively small but does have a small children’s paddling pool as well and there appeared to be plenty of sunbeds available although I think that might change if the hotel was full, I would definitely use this hotel again and think that it’s four star rating is correct.

Worst hotel I've ever encountered in 55 years of travelling. Housekeeping were scarce, hotel was cold and offered no heating unless you paid for it. Blankets as thin as tea towels. Thank god for my blanket hoodie which I had to wear under 4 blankets to keep warm! Rolled back the blankets one night to see a bed bug scurrying around! Showed the video to someone at reception who proudly proclaimed that they were common there but not to be worried as it didn't mean the hotel was dirty! I didn't pay £600+ to be sleeping with bed bugs!!! They claimed that they served an evening meal at 7pm but not once in 2 weeks was the dinner hall open which meant going out in the rain & cold to find food. As a result I got really sick to the point I didn't think they'd let me fly home. Never in my entire life have I asked how much it would cost to change my ticket & fly home early. The hotel supplier is a dubious company called BEDS WITH EASE who offered me £25 to close my complaints. I can't repeat what I told them they could do with that!

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN MARMARIS. The lady in reception was rude and not helpful. The beds were dirty on arrival and had to be cleaned. We booked a double room and were given a room with two single beds. The phone didn’t work. The air con didn’t work but worst of all…. After a 4 hour flight and 2 hour taxi we couldn’t even take a shower as the hotel doesn’t have hot water. I asked them to change the room, they said no…. So I wasted no time I booking a new hotel at 11pm and leaving… we went to Aurasia Beach hotel 6 mins down the road and WOW what a difference! I recommend Aurasia beach but I would never recommend point beach. Please do not waste your money point beach hotel. It’s cheap for a reason. Avoid at all costs. Point beach will ruin your holiday.

This hotel I stayed at in Marmaris was amazing! the view is breathtaking, the rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful . food was amazing, everything was fresh and delicious. I had an unforgetable holiday!

Good Hotel 🏨 great experience the service was good for the only week I was it's great. I hope if I return in Turkey 🇹🇷 stay again in this hotel 🏨. The food 🥘 was a little bit disappointed for me (I don't have the habit) but in general good 👍 for me
