A week at this beautiful place, shame about the weather. Thunder, lightning and torrential rain for 5 days but it did not dampen our spirits. The rooms were basic and the food, can't complain as there was always something you could choose. Coffee stall a bonus, coffee when you needed it, soup and sandwiches at 23.00 hours if required with tea, coffee or water ( and a treat for the cats). The staff, well they could not do enough for you and attended to your every whim. Entertainment staff, what can l say. Playing darts in the bar and if you were put out after you lost 3 rounds you had to either make an animal sound or do a belly dance, well you can imagine what l got . What a laugh. The bar is open 24 hours and the bar staff are very attentive to you, remembering your drinks when you return. Unfortunately there was a major fire in the sister hotel next door and wow the staff really upped their game. People just just what they had on ( mostly nightware). The guest relations staff were working there socks off especially Busra was a joy especially as she had only been there for 3 weeks. We were there to celebrate our 40th anniversary ❤ and she pulled out all the stops for us. In our room was chocolates, cake, presseco and a sign congratulating us on our anniversary. We were sad to.leave the hotel, but we will certainly be back to see them all. Once again thank you Bursa and staff for looking after us so well as it felt like we were family and we will definitely return. ❤ ❤❤❤

Nice welcome when we were relocated here and finally allocated a room.unfortunatley the room was not accessible for us but moved us to main block 5th floor.room spacious but little storage, wardrobe hang clothes only,bedside draw big enough for medication etc,staff we found to be pleasant but constantly on mobiles we did report this but had a lame response, for us it was too big too impersonal, dining room chaos is as best I can describe it, last day in at 12.30 as doors opened and food was cold, sorry you welcomed us from your sister hotel but we felt an inconvenience to the staff.

We went in April/May 24 for two weeks. It was amazing and we go again on 25th of this month. We had a great time and couldn't fault anything in and around hotel. Top services, lovely place! . There also was a cycling race and around 10 teams stayed for one night.

First time we have visited Turkey and I was not disappointed. I did not realise how many of the guests were Turkish but I was informed that only 1/5 of the guests were English. This is why not all the staff speak English. There was lots of security around this hotel at all entrances and we felt very safe. The hotel looked very impressive from when we first arrived. The reception team checked us in efficiently and we were given the first floor family room. The room looked exactly as in the pictures with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms which included a separation door. We had a balcony which was sufficient with 2 drying rails. All of good quality. The bed was harder than mine at home but not really uncomfortable. There is also a safe in the room that is free to use. The air con was good enough to keep the rooms cool. We turned ours off at night and the room was still a good temperature in the morning. The Food and restaurants - A mixed variety of food was available. The breakfast had great variety, Lunch was similar to dinner times but still lots of variety. Dinner times changed menus every night with Chinese, Beef, calamari, fish, all swapping around. There was always lots of salad, fruit, pasta, pizza and chips. Basically if you didn't like the main course then you would never go hungry. There was a selection of 2 soups every night with lots of bread options. The only complaint is the queuing system to get the food didn't seem to work. Some people queued and some just pushed in. (You get this anywhere though). We sat in the same area every night and the waitress recognised us and brought us drinks every time remembering our order. There English is limited but they always helped. A smile goes a long way. There is also a gentleman serving wine at a stand. The puddings are not your typical English puddings but it was nice to try something new. For Lunch the al a carte restaurants are free and we managed to try them all and return to our favourites a couple of times. They have great table service. Sometimes you need to wait for a table to become available but we never had to wait for long. The turn around was pretty quick. We choose the Steak for our al a carte free option and was not disappointed. The view while we were eating was beautiful and I had the Steak it was delicious. WARNING - Book your al a carte table as soon as you arrive as the places go pretty quickly. The ice cream stand was perfect with 6 flavours being served throughout the day. The bubble tea bus was a cute idea and nothing wrong with the bubble tea. It was often unmanned so when you stood there a member of staff spotted you from the other stand and came over. Entertainment - The kids club looked brilliant and there facilities looked superb. I never heard any complaints. As I had teenage children they only really joined in with the aqua aerobics and pool Polo! The evening entertainment was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. This is our second visit to this amazing hotel and it certainly won’t be our last! The hotel is absolutely lovely and extremely clean. The accommodation is nestled amongst pine trees with air con, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was extremely useful with teenage children! The facilities are fabulous and there really is something for everyone. The main buffet has a wide selection of delicious food, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also plenty of other eating options in the other restaurants as well as the pastry cafe and the yummy ice cream van. You also have the option to book one a la carte restaurant for dinner per 7 night stay, I’d definitely recommend either the steak or Italian restaurants for dinner. The entertainment team are also absolutely incredible, from morning aquarobics and fun pool parties to the varied family evening entertainment in the impressive amphitheater to later evening DJ’s by the pool bar or beach bar, they are all fantastic! Every member of staff in the hotel is so hard working and friendly. Special shout out goes to lovely Saim, the really super helpful pool man who remembered us from last year, to Emir at the pool bar and Serkan in the Italian restaurant. It is definitely worth tipping staff in the different areas as each member of staff works so hard. Finally, I would like to thank Seval, who is the wonderful and extremely helpful guest relations manager, who made our stay so special. She quietly works behind the scenes but showed our family such kindness and empathy and we cannot thank her enough. We cannot wait to return again. I went to Yoga and it amazing, it relaxed my body so much. I recommend this place , specifically the advisor Nursena (Nűnű) and the volley ball activities were AMAZING.
