A week at this beautiful place, shame about the weather. Thunder, lightning and torrential rain for 5 days but it did not dampen our spirits. The rooms were basic and the food, can't complain as there was always something you could choose. Coffee stall a bonus, coffee when you needed it, soup and sandwiches at 23.00 hours if required with tea, coffee or water ( and a treat for the cats). The staff, well they could not do enough for you and attended to your every whim. Entertainment staff, what can l say. Playing darts in the bar and if you were put out after you lost 3 rounds you had to either make an animal sound or do a belly dance, well you can imagine what l got . What a laugh. The bar is open 24 hours and the bar staff are very attentive to you, remembering your drinks when you return. Unfortunately there was a major fire in the sister hotel next door and wow the staff really upped their game. People just just what they had on ( mostly nightware). The guest relations staff were working there socks off especially Busra was a joy especially as she had only been there for 3 weeks. We were there to celebrate our 40th anniversary ❤ and she pulled out all the stops for us. In our room was chocolates, cake, presseco and a sign congratulating us on our anniversary. We were sad to.leave the hotel, but we will certainly be back to see them all. Once again thank you Bursa and staff for looking after us so well as it felt like we were family and we will definitely return. ❤ ❤❤❤

Nice welcome when we were relocated here and finally allocated a room.unfortunatley the room was not accessible for us but moved us to main block 5th floor.room spacious but little storage, wardrobe hang clothes only,bedside draw big enough for medication etc,staff we found to be pleasant but constantly on mobiles we did report this but had a lame response, for us it was too big too impersonal, dining room chaos is as best I can describe it, last day in at 12.30 as doors opened and food was cold, sorry you welcomed us from your sister hotel but we felt an inconvenience to the staff.

We went in April/May 24 for two weeks. It was amazing and we go again on 25th of this month. We had a great time and couldn't fault anything in and around hotel. Top services, lovely place! . There also was a cycling race and around 10 teams stayed for one night.

Amazing stunning location, brilliant beach, life time memories, delicious food and drinks, lovely staff and very clean. My son really enjoyed kids club and playing football with his new friends. If we come back to Marmaris we will book this hotel again for sure :)

What a place to stay from the moment you check in the staff are amazing reception great and fast check in at 04.00 in the morning and golf buggies to take you to your bungalow amazing room amazing nice small ground level balcony with pool view breakfast great choice staff in main dining room could not do enough top coffee corner staff out of this world table service main pool bar staff amazing beach bar yep good poor drinks there but ok the beach is a 5 min walk through the gardens ice-cream on tap for the kids kebabs good and hot and chicken restraunt good entertainment great all in all great holidays keep it up

My family of 4 stayed here for two weeks flying back on the 15 November being our first time in Marmaris I have to say that we really enjoyed it all the hotel has everything to offer all ages multiple activities my children enjoyed obviously some stuff was shut as it is the end of season however this didn’t ruin our stay they have 2 outside pools 2 indoor pools 1 no children next to the gym the other is heated in the spar they have 3 bars 1 next to the outside pool 1 near the beach and the grande bar no children near reception area I loved how they also did kids mocktails so they also felt included. they have a lovely kids club with a pool with football tennis and a park. They have a cake parlour, ice cream parlour, boba drink station a little shop and clothing shop in the resort. The snack bar for night times food court during day main food hall during the day they did have a variety of food however I thought they could have catered more for English but we still tried everything.m and didn’t go hungry.we tried the Chinese and the Italian and both was amazing and really felt waited on the atmosphere was really good always asked if we needed anything. The entertainment was really good something different for all they have a games room that opens 2.30pm till 11pm that us as a family enjoyed however you do need to buy tokens for this. We stayed on the 4th floor the room was amazing and clean the cleaning came and cleaned and changed sheets everyday always friendly and wanting to help.the shower is amazing and bonus for the hairdryers in both of them. It’s really secure with the security stations on both the entrances and along the beach. There is a coffee and tea station in the court yard we will be back again we all loved our stay, the only off things we noticed was some of the staff was abit rude and the cats whilst eating in the food court other than that we cnt complain. Well what can I say the staff went above and beyond to make everyone happy I went on the 3rd of may came back today 13th may I had 10 wonderful days their I can’t fault anything the hotel staff was very friendly and would help whatever you needed doing the bar staff Ozzy emir Ali Murat and deniz it was like taking to family made you feel very welcomed and the drinks was flowing all night if the cocktail wasn’t on the menu they would make it for you whatever you wanted the entertainment they was very very good Murat the entertainment man was always friendly and had time to chat to you every day really enjoyed the white party and the singers Yesterday fourth harmony was very good the restaurant was very clean and the staff was great always had your drinks ready when you sat down with your meal Theirs a good section for everyone I can go on and on but go their see for your self I can’t wait to come again when I first got their we was given 2 bungalows but I wasn’t happy with them talked to the manager at reception he upgraded me to the marine suite what was wonderful with it’s own surna in the bath room and private pool the beach bar is also great with its own private beach I can keep going but seeing is believing

Spent ten days. Lovely room overlooking the main pool. Tremendous choice of restaurants,tea area, coffee shop, ice cream parlour, cake area, Italian, Asian, Steak House and Turkish foods. The main buffet was excellent with a tremendous choice of food to suit everyone. Lovely decking area by the beach with plenty of sunbeds and a bar with waiters on roller skates. Entertainment also very good. What makes this hotel are the staff...all so friendly and courteous enjoying their jobs. I will definitely be back. Thanks again. Club Turban. Room 6125.

Had a great holiday. Lovely big family room in the main building 1512. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Other staff were there to make your stay extremely enjoyable and relaxing. Big shout out though to Mustafa, Olga and Shara who worked tirelessly to provide first class service in Coffee Corner for hours. Drinks and food good. Would go back and recommend. Only let down was our cleaner, very poor which was a shame really. All in all though excellent experience. Thank you Grand Yazici.
