Very busy with so much food and really enjoyed the kids entertainment

Just returned back after the best 2 weeks with my family. Where to begin we booked directly with the hotel. We had the pleasure of booking with Mr Deniz Keleş who helped us figure out what room would be best for our family explaining what room upgrades were available at a very reasonable price. Not only managing to save us some money. But also came with extras not included when booking with an independent travel agency. This included free WiFi, safety deposit box, private transfer, and late check out. The private transfer was beautiful plenty of room for family and suitcases, the driver was very friendly and offered water wifi password and tv to help ease the transfer time. Even offering a stop off half way through our journey for toilet/ cig break for smokers. Reception staff greated us with a friendly warm welcoming smile explaining all treatments, offers, upgrade options,meal times, bar opening and closing times,activities and services offered at hotel. After a speedy check in we were shown to our room by one of the reception staff who helped us with our luggage he explained how the key card worked and how all appliances worked in room. I found our experience with them very reassuring that any of our needs would be handled efficiently. Guest relations were outstanding. The whole team worked tirelessly and effortlessly handling any situation that came up professionally and efficiently. Having the absolute pleasure of meeting guest relations manager Özlem Güler who is a credit to the hotel. I consider her as a dear friend she is a beautiful women inside and out. Whilst here we celebrated my husbands birthday and Özlem had some beautiful pastries and card sent to our room wishing him a happy birthday it was such a nice and personal gesture we massively appreciate you my beautiful gem. She handles every situation with such grace and professionalism thank you for making our holiday such a perfect relaxing and enjoyable time. Restaurant and bar staff work hard and tirelessly to make sure all guests are catered for from clearing/ setting our tables to making sure our glasses were always filled they were all so welcoming and friendly. After spending 2 weeks here we built up a few friendly relationships with a few of the staff is was very sad to leave. We hope to see you all again next year. As a picky eater myself I found food at the main restaurant and snack bar fully inclusive for all types of people to be able to find something to eat. Cleaning and maintenance staff try their best to stay out of the way of guests whilst still keeping the hotel in such clean and friendly environment our room cleaner hatice was such a lovely women who kept our room spotlessly clean with fresh towels, refreshments and toilet paper daily she was very friendly.
