Pineta Park Deluxe Hotel - All Inclusive

We arrived 4 of us first holiday of mine and i absolutely love the place and staff . Special shout out for Chuckie from entertainment team he was so friendly and fun . Hair dresser in the hotel jack hair and beauty doin good deal and great job highly recommend

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024, bringing along our two children and two nieces. Our room was basic but absolutely fine—what you would expect. The only disappointing factor was that we were placed in rooms that weren’t interconnecting, which would have been more convenient for ease and safety. The pool was clean, and the on-site rep was very friendly. We booked a couple of excursions through him, but we probably could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere. The jeep safari was okay, but what they don’t tell you is that they visit multiple bars/restaurants to encourage you to spend money on food and drinks. The water guns weren’t included in the price, and you also spend limited time at the actual locations. However, the rep did organise for us to have taxis to and from Mr. Big’s shopping center, which was free of charge, twice, and that was a nice touch. The food was fine with different choices every day, along with some constants. It’s all-inclusive, but it doesn’t include ice creams; we had to buy these separately from the shop. We did go out to eat a couple of times, but we found this extremely expensive. I know there were six of us, but it was costing over £100 for one meal and a drink each, so we made as much use of the on-site restaurant as possible. We were thankful that the food wasn’t terrible, as we’ve experienced worse when we stayed in Rhodes. While we were there, they had a Turkish dance competition. The children staying at the hotel were using the swimming pool, but they were unruly and rude, even saying inappropriate things to our children. We complained directly to the teachers about this. I feel the hotel should have handled this better, perhaps by restricting pool access or allowing them to use only one side rather than both. Additionally, there was an issue with the on-site beauty salon. Although we didn’t use the services, there was a big uproar when one of the male staff members was accused of sexual assault. He was then dragged outside the hotel by staff and beaten up right in front of our apartment. We had to pull our children away from the windows to avoid them witnessing this. My husband used the barbershop and was satisfied, and we also used the on-site tattoo parlour for two small tattoos, which we’ve had no issues with. We also visited the neighbouring bar, where the food and drinks were good, and the atmosphere was nice. However, they were slightly inappropriate with our 14-year-old niece. Overall, we didn’t have a bad time, and if it weren’t for the dance competition and the incident with the staff member, we would have had an okay experience. Everything else was pleasant, and there wasn’t really anything worth complaining about. It’s just a cheaper, basic hotel, and that’s exactly what we got.

Honest review! Major improvement is required. The air con is non existent we arrived at 2:30 am and was told to sign a waiver unable to discuss hotel on social media?? “Upgraded” to a family room on 5th floor the air con again not working was like an oven when we walked into our room. Couple next door sleeping outside on mattress. And was like this for 2 nights the only time we got moved was after contacting love holidays directly to complain as reception didn’t take much notice. I went down to reception to speak with manager who responded with your in Turkey what more do you want- really rude. We then got moved to the third floor which again was same room just better air con. The hotel needs a huge overhaul both our beds broken changed beds 3 times and they got worse each time., shabby curtains and bathroom full of mould on the tile grouting. Hairdryer I was scared to use. Carpets everywhere in a hotel which again made it very dated. Food was typical of AI but nothing for kids apart from plain pasta and chips so we ate out a lot. Adults we found a lot of stews and re processed lunches into dinners. No ice cream for kids. No cakes or snack time. Snack bar is part of the shop which you have to pay for. Again very basic. Worst part was breakfast, we ate out for that. Dining area again no air con so it was roasting in there. Inside bar was dingy and roasting inside no one went in there. Drinks from 2litre bottles and only beer gin and vodka. Outside bar was better but only around 10 tables so you had to sit on the sun loungers at night. No evening entertainment apart from a kids disco. Outside area does make up for it great pool area and no problems getting sun loungers. We had a shower in the spa as we didn’t fly til late and had to be out of the room by 12, late check out til 6pm was around £80 extra. No shower curtains on ladies showers or towels provided. Again very grubby. If you want cheap and cheerful this is the place. In a nut shell- Great location great pool but the hotel is so dated and there’s so much maintenance and improvement required, new bathrooms and full refit of rooms required. Need to improve on bar area and especially the food and air con. We didn’t pay the earth so we didn’t expect much. Wouldnt go back in this current condition.

First time in Pineta deluxe with my brother and mom we absolutely love the place . Food is delicious lots of choices. Pool area always clean . Cleaners are great always smile on the rod face . Bar and restaurant staff nice . Entertainment excellent we will book for next year

Don't go at the end of season.. Very limited food and drink.. Booked all inclusive..the only alcohol on offer was vodka, gin or lager.. And the only soft drinks..fanta and cola..breakfast was the same every morning..as was lunch and dinner.. Staff didn't speak very good English My daughter had 2 use Google translate.. Sitting by the pool, you get pestered by the staff from the shops.. The rooms are very basic..beds are very uncomfortable, pillows like breez blocks..the shower head was hanging from the wall..just not a very nice hotel..

First time in Marmaris and first time in Pineda deluxe . Hotel is quite clean . Rooms clean everyday if u put on or door handle warning . Food lots of choises . Restaurant and bar staff friendly and helpful . Entertainment team great lots of activities around the pool and night time . Fire show , drag night , mr and miss and more . We will book for September
