Overall the staff at the hotel cater to your wishes. The rooms are limited, with utilities such as a kettle and air conditioning. On arrival, we was given a room on the bottom floor with a back door that did not lock. After explaining this was unsafe, was moved to a room upstairs. Luckily, this was a good move as 2 men peered over our balcony & banged on our doors at 3 am. Majority off the staff don’t speak English, the ones that do will treat you differently when PG activities are dismissed. Hotel manager, Molando; stay clear from if your of a young age, or your daughter is. After dismissing such activities, things such as toilet role & random numbers will be added to your bills. He will also take photos of you sitting on your balcony at 3 am asking you to come down & go to his room; after countless rejection. The taste off the food is lovely, however the prices are high compared to restaurants on the beaches ect. Daiquiri prices and other drinks being £9 each is quite expensive. The maids cleaned our room once, which we had to request on multiple occasions. Our room was given to us with dead roaches on the floor and cig dimps in areas. The hotel has recently been renovated, however things such as the shower not being able to connect to the wall; resulting in soaking the bathroom aswell as anything else could be fixed. The hotel “pet” being put into hot rooms & tied up to cry is quiet upsetting. Overall, first 3 nights were great with the catering off Hayak & Mesud. Hotel owner ruined the experience for us, just wanted a chill holiday.
