We stayed at this hotel on the North Coast expecting a peaceful family getaway, but unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. There was a wedding on the weekend, and the music was extremely loud, continuing until 2 AM. I had my child with me, and he couldn’t sleep at all due to the noise. The rooms are not soundproof, which made the situation even worse. I called the reception several times during the night, but they kept saying “10 more minutes” just to calm us down—clearly without any real knowledge of when it would actually end. This kind of major event should absolutely be communicated in advance at the time of booking. Sadly, the reservation team seemed to have no idea what was happening at the hotel and were only focused on collecting payment. Room service was also extremely poor in communication—slow, unresponsive, and generally unhelpful. To top it all off, we were disappointed to find out that we couldn’t even use the beach facilities at Seashell, which was never mentioned in advance. For a property at this price point, guests deserve much better service, honesty, and transparency. Overall, it was not the experience we were promised or expecting, and I would not recommend this hotel—especially for families looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Great hotel, quiet and comfortable The style of the entire hotel with the large swimming pools everywhere gives a great look to the place But there are major drawbacks in this hotel Without them it could have been one of the best hotels in Egypt for me Reception staff: The reception staff who work after midnight were completely unprofessional, and more than one strange and completely unprofessional situation happened from them Rooms: The cleanliness of the room was very good and the bathroom facilities were good The view from the room was great But the room is very small for two people and the bed (supposed to be a king bed), but the size of the bed was small compared to any king bed in any hotel I have went to But my biggest problem it was that the room did not have any corner or even a table to put the laptop for working, so it was a big problem Restaurant: It is equipped with many types of high-quality food and the food was delicious and the treatment of the chefs in the restaurant is beautiful But the service there is very very slow at breakfast and dinner Sometimes I had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to find an free table for me Although there are many staff in the place but the service is slow, Although with fewer guests at breakfast I thought it would be easier but the service was still slow as well Unfortunately, the hotel is great, but the hotel administration doesn't choose the staff they hire carefully.

Perfect hotel for a romantic getaway with your bud. True to its name, the Seashell Hotel does everything to allow you to relax like a mollusk. There are even snuggly corners designated for cuddling in full privacy. The on-site restaurant is also excellent. We had an outstanding roasted tomato soup, a crispy filet of fish (which was crispy even without any sauce), and a healthy salad made of steamed and grilled vegetables (no need to remind the chef to leave beet root out, they’ll do so anyway). Perfect spot for buds and cuds.
