Once you get to the G, you will not able to leave. Warm welcome, great choice of breakfast, very comfortable room overlooking the pool and relaxing atmosphere. Above all, very professional and helpful staff, they are always looking to please you and making your stay memorable.

Its not a hotel. Me and my friends use to stay there when we had offical visits for el dabea power plant. Its so noisy sometimes and calm sometimes. Sometimes they have proper food. Mostly they done. The place is not the best too been to many nicer beaches and villages in sidi abd.

I would like to share my experience with this hotel, for which we paid €1,600 per person for one week. Accommodation The travel agency advertised modern, spacious villas. However, the reality was very different – small, dark rooms lined up next to each other, connected by common walls with absolutely no privacy, resembling changing cabins at a public swimming pool rather than accommodation in a luxury 5-star hotel. The bathroom was similarly disappointing: tiny, dark, and fitted with rusty equipment. Food There was no variation in the menu! Every single day we were served the exact same dish for lunch and dinner throughout the entire stay, except on the final day before departure. Although the travel agency clearly mentioned à la carte dining on their website, and we did not expect buffet options, serving an unchanged menu in a hotel of this supposed standard and price range is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, after three days we experienced severe stomach issues, and our holiday effectively ended with medical treatment on Antinal. Waiting times for food often exceeded one hour, and sometimes parts of our orders were never delivered at all. As for beverages, basic juices were not even available with meals, and within the so-called all-inclusive offer, we were provided with nothing more than plain water. Beach Upon arrival, the beach resembled more of a construction site. We were not informed in advance that during our stay the hotel would host 500 wedding guests, resulting in three nights of loud music and sleepless nights. Similar nightly disturbances continued from the beach bar, which, ironically, was off-limits to us despite being all-inclusive guests. We also faced unpleasant restrictions regarding drinks; the all-inclusive alcohol offer was limited to rum & cola or gin & tonic — nothing more. The beach itself could have been beautiful if only it had been maintained or cleaned occasionally. Unfortunately, the sunbeds and seating areas were already rusting and deteriorating. Sea The greatest disappointment was the sea itself — completely inaccessible! The entrance to the water is dangerous and suitable only for the brave, requiring one to navigate over sharp, protruding rocks hidden beneath crashing waves. These rocks stretch along the entire private beach of the hotel. While the travel agency suggested water shoes as a recommendation, they should have been clear these are absolutely necessary, not optional. Hotel Representative / Delegate Our interaction with the hotel delegate was disastrous. When we raised our concerns and questions, he acted as though he couldn’t hear us. He assured us that should anything happen, he would be there within minutes. However, when health issues arose, he told us he would arrive in 7 hours, but ultimately never showed up at all. Instead, he sent an unprofessional doctor who did not speak a word of English, leaving us unable to explain our condition. Moreover, the tools he used were visibly unhygienic

Outstanding experience Purely amazing. Amazing and beautiful location, beautiful property. Concierge staff, pool bar staff, beach bar staff, breakfast team, housekeeping staff - all on another level of friendliness and courtesy. Struggled to find a flaw in any part of our stay. One of our best trips, albeit to short. Cannot recommend this hotel ans its team enough.
