Manzhouli Grand Hotel

Location is great. Easy access to supermarkets. But breakfast was not much to choose between vegetables and bakeries.

The manager who checked me in on the afternoon of the 12th was friendly and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to upgrade my room! The interior of the guest room is exotic, with the old Russian architectural style, elegant atmosphere without losing modern fashion! On the second day of my stay, the hotel also gave me a complimentary fruit, which is also good! One thing that could be improved is that the temperature of the shower water in the restroom needs to be raised, I had turned it up to the maximum and it still didn't work. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again next time I am in Manzhouli and continue to be treated like a home away from home! 感谢12号下午为我办理入住的美女经理友善热情，主动为我升级客房！客房内部独具异域风情，有老式俄罗斯的建筑风格，典雅大气不失现代时尚！入住第二天，酒店也赠送了水果，这点也不错！值得改进的是，洗手间淋浴水温需要提高，我已经调至最高，仍不适应。总之，我高度推荐该酒店，希望下次来满洲里依旧能入住，并继续得到宾至如归的服务！

免費給升級了俄式景觀房，帶下午茶和早餐，這個價格非常划算了，位置在中蘇街上，基本算是地標建築了，晚上可以俯瞰全程風貌，服務人員非常熱情，解決問題速度也很快，早上打掃房間的服務人員還直接幫忙退房了，省去到一樓退房的麻煩。

太滿意啦！酒店位置在中蘇金街上，體驗滿滿俄式風格。一樓門崗叔叔穿的也很俄式，酒店大堂在五樓。前台會提前打電話，告知注意事項，很熱情，賓至如歸。建議自駕的朋友們把車停到四道街上，離酒店入口近一些，而且也方便去周圍的大山、山姆購物。 設施：俄式房間一定要體驗，房間空間大，還有一個智能健身鏡，很有趣，可以體驗。 衞生：洗手枱麪、床品、馬桶、桌面乾淨無塵、無污物。但是茶杯有口紅印沒有擦掉。 服務：服務態度非常好，我們到的晚需要水，服務員及時送來。 俄式繽紛下午茶:服務的姐姐人很好，可以體驗一下，時間是11:00-23:00。 環境：很有歷史的厚重感，房間佈置非常有特色。入住體驗感滿分。
