El personal del hotel fue excepcionalmente amable en todo momento. Los guardias siempre me recibían con una sonrisa y me abrían la puerta, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más agradable. La habitación era moderna y acogedora, con una cama muy cómoda. Sin embargo, la ventana no estaba completamente aislada, por lo que se filtraban los ruidos de la calle y el sonido del aire acondicionado. Si eres sensible al ruido al dormir, te recomiendo llevar tapones. Aunque había un ligero olor a humedad, todo estaba limpio. Las zonas comunes estaban muy bien cuidadas y contaban con todas las comodidades necesarias. La ubicación es bastante conveniente, ya que se puede llegar caminando a Intramuros sin dificultad, aunque el recorrido no es el más pintoresco. En general, una buena opción con un servicio cálido y espacios agradables.

Got the WOW factor as soon as I walked in. The Hotel is Plush, first thought was my clothes were not good enough for here. The atmosphere emitted Style, Taste very classy as all my friends commented as well as when I booked didn't realise it was a High End stay. So many helpful staff at the Lobby, Restaurants and House cleaning, big thank you Alex!! Sunsets at the pool and rooftop bar were just amazing. Did I say pool? It was great

The receptionist who assisted me during check in was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the upgrade to my room that I didn't expect. All of the staff are nice. The breakfast buffet is also good. There's a minibar inside the room and the price for the items are reasonable. Really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our Valentines Day here. The facilities are nice hiwever it takes more than 1 hour to get our order in their cafe at the pool. This should be improve. Overall we still enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the location is a significant advantage, as it offers convenient proximity to various amenities, such as dining establishments. The general condition and services were satisfactory. However, I encountered a few issues: The water heater in the shower was difficult to operate (or adjust). The television was almost useless (or barely functional). On a positive note, I would like to commend the excellent Wi-Fi service. The connection was strong and reliable, which greatly enhanced my ability to stream content.

Cumple con los requisitos de un hotel céntrico. Aunque la política de no cancelación y modificación nos hizo comernos una noche que no disfrutamos, por otro lado, avisan en la página del hotel. Así que el error fue mío y es lo que hay.

Every time i need to stay in Manila it always goes to Sogo Malate, you've not to worry about parking that's the most important to me.. Well I'm a frugal person😁 i just need a shut eye and a nice hot shower, nothing more. Angel's pizza,BPI & Mc Donalds are just around the corner ..

clean as always,staff are accommodating and friendly.the location of the hotel is nice.since its so near to Robinson.and a lot of restaurants near by. i will definitely comeback soon

First of all, I would like to say that the staff was friendly and apptoachable but the thing was checking in and out took too long since they dont have their own table or place to properly process the papers. The place were bigger than the usual I bookedl before . The room has I double deck and 1 double bed. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to recommend to upgrade the cooking stove into induction, it was old and rusted which wasted electricity. They provide sleepers for 4 people. You need to bring your own shampoo and toiletries. If need cleaning and help just inform the staff. Few upgrades is irecommended

Los niños estaban muy emocionados cuando llegamos al vestíbulo. Especialmente cuando ven la piscina. La habitación y la cama son realmente adecuadas para nosotros. El único problema que tuvimos es que la televisión no funciona. Pero aun así lo gestionaron bien y lo cambiaron por otro. La recepcionista del frente. El mostrador fue muy educado y atento a mis detalles. Ella es muy buena y amigable con mis hijos. En general, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y volveremos pronto.
