Hoteles en Malate, Manila

El hotel es genial y el personal, incluidos los guardias, es muy eficiente. El único inconveniente está en el exterior. Hay demasiados niños mendigando y no es seguro caminar por la zona de noche.

Cumple con los requisitos de un hotel céntrico. Aunque la política de no cancelación y modificación nos hizo comernos una noche que no disfrutamos, por otro lado, avisan en la página del hotel. Así que el error fue mío y es lo que hay.

Very nice room. Food was expensive. Breakfast was good but we did not like our dinner, especailly for the price. Sushi and sashimi plate was good and caeser salad. We didnt beenture out bit the location was concenient for what we needed to do.

Our experience at the new coast hotel: The staff was super friendly and helpful The room was clean. House keeping provided the supplies on time. The breakfest was good with a range of foods to select And it is near the bay area, which has the ocean park Check in and out was quick Dislikes The construction woke me up and didn't let me sleep The view from my room was a construction site picture attached Every time we entered, we were searched and walked through a scanner I hope this review helps. All in all, we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. I hope the renovation are over soon.

Super daming nakapila pero desde que reservamos aquí a través de la aplicación sa, naprocesado kagad yung room namem así kudos al servicio rápido + buena habitación pa yung nabigay samin ng bf ko. muy amigable din nung naghatid samin hehe siya ata yung manager. ¡Seguramente volverá a reservar pronto!

Friendly service from all members of the staff. My suitcase broke and one of the staff members was kind enough to fix it

The accommodation is alright. The place offers basic amenities. The staffs are friendly, approachable, and polite. Location is accessible.

Hotel de buen presupuesto. Muy limpio con excelente servicio al cliente. Me gusta su ubicación en Ermita cerca de las tiendas, playa, centro histórico, restaurantes, etc. El hotel tiene un ATM en el lobby y los distribuidores de agua caliente en cada piso. Bay view is good. If like bay view, need to stay at bay view earlier, now same residence block part of bay view, Reclamation is under ongoing, then bay view may be narrow

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights PROS: 1. Great location  very close to shops, 7-Eleven, and even a nearby casino if you're into that. 2. Exceptional cleanliness  big compliments to the Housekeeping team! 3. Comfortable bed and pillows  very cozy. 4.Nice amenities provided: 2 bottled waters, dental kits (toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes), a comb, 1 shampoo sachet, and a small bar of soap. 5. Front desk security is excellent. Every time my partner left the hotel, they confirmed who was with me. Great job on ensuring guest safety. 6. Affordable choices of food from hotel menu and it was really taste great. 😋 CONS: 1. The front desk staff who checked me in didn’t seem very hospitable honestly, it was my first time experiencing that. I requested a room not near the elevator, but she still placed me next to it. The first room we were given had a non-functioning AC. I didn’t catch her name, but I think she could benefit from additional training in customer service. 2. Not ideal for light sleepers like me the walls are wooden, so you can clearly hear people in the next room talking, and unfortunately, even groaning and moaning during *** (yes, really!). 😩 3. The first room we were given was on the third floor, and it was terrible you could hear people singing karaoke in another room, which made it really hard to relax. OVERALL: The stay was just satisfactory. I’m glad I brought my earplugs they helped reduce the noise around me. Big thanks to the manager who helped us move to a new room on the 4th floor and even extended our checkout time, since the front desk didn’t check us in properly at first but still you can hear noise to the next room but not really loud unlike the first room we had. I didn’t catch the manager’s name because I was so exhausted and just wanted to sleep after our long trip from the north to Manila. We waited around 10–15 minutes for the new room to be ready because housekeeping was still cleaning it, but that was okay.
