I recently stayed at comfy in manila booked at Reddoorz and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the location of the hotel was quite nice, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my stay.
Firstly, I must commend the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated in a convenient area.
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the towels provided. Upon arrival, I noticed that the towels in my room were visibly dirty and stained. It was quite off-putting and made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Clean and fresh towels are an essential aspect of any hotel stay, and I believe this is an area that requires improvement.
Furthermore, I found the receptionist staff to be rather unpleasant. Their demeanor was consistently unwelcoming and lacking in warmth. As a guest, I value friendly and attentive service, which unfortunately was not the case during my stay. Interactions with the receptionist left me feeling unappreciated and somewhat uncomfortable. We request toiletries and took them forever to deliver.
Despite these issues, I must acknowledge the positive aspects of the hotel's location. However, I strongly urge the management to address the cleanliness and provide training to the receptionist staff to improve their customer service skills.
Overall, my experience was a mixed one. While the location was appealing, the dirty towels and unpleasant receptionist encounters were significant drawbacks. I hope that the hotel takes these concerns into consideration and works towards enhancing the overall guest experience.
