Pacific Bay Grand Suites

Como disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía en nuestro alojamiento, ampliamos la estadía una noche más. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para hospedarse. Los centros comerciales y las tiendas estaban a poca distancia a pie y había muchos restaurantes para elegir.

Me alojé una noche. La habitación estaba limpia. El único problema era que el desagüe de la ducha era lento y que había una parte frente al inodoro, por lo que había problemas de encharcamiento. La conexión a Internet era rápida, excepto que se perdió alrededor de la medianoche hasta la mañana siguiente. Pero eso está bien. No vi cucarachas ni hormigas. La cocina estaba limpia y todo funcionaba bien. En general, fue una buena estadía. La habitación era como la foto adjunta, la misma distribución y todo.

The hotel was in an old building Inside too many insects even if you switch off the lights at night they will come to your bed. Many many , I asked for spraying every 4 hours, the worker gave me one spray to do by myself, so the big problem was it, The second area is the red line and at night was so dangerously , too many small children beg you money and even maybe catch your bag or make big problem for you so better to avoid this area , too many fake massagers and will asking for small money to your room then will happen disaster problem, for me they stolen all my money and bag and mobile because that one put some frog to my tea , during she stay in my room for massage, The third room was so noisy at night because there were too many clubs, if you want to sleep at 12 you can't until 3 am , The gym was a joke , nothing The reception worker was very good and helpful,and kind. All of them are so polite and helpful I downloaded the photos for viewing from the balcony Thanks.

Very disappointed with this place. Shabby is how i'd describe it. We booked a deluxe king suite, but it was far from that. It was as if they'd squeezed a microwave in on top of the fridge and that made it deluxe. City centre location but very dubious area. Reception was largely unmanned, Housekeeping was not seen. Toilet was stained and not even a loo brush in the room. No useful furniture at all. Bathroom was literally 1.2m square. Comfy bed and clean linen, but just generally poor over all.

The room was ok. The aircon is dusty. We kept on sneezing. The location is very near to the mall. Front desk is accommodating.

Personnels are very accommodating. Good Location.
