Location is super convenient if you are planning your day around chinatown. Everything is a walking distance. A little hectic traffic but otherwise manageable. Hotel is nice and comfy. Staff were very friendly. My room was faving the church so i had a nice view as well. I slept comfortably. Aircon hot shower tv etc everything was working well.

Somos clientes de este hotel y hemos estado aquí varias veces. Menos mal que nos proporcionaron zapatillas. La habitación está limpia como siempre. Sin embargo, durante esta estancia me resbalé y me caí en el baño, casi me golpeé la cabeza porque la puerta corrediza que separaba la ducha no estaba y todas las salpicaduras de agua estaban por todo el suelo. Espero que puedan solucionarlo. En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia. ¡El personal es genial!

La ubicación geográfica es general, en el borde de la maldita ciudad china, las instalaciones son más antiguas. La actitud del servidor es muy amable, cómoda para comprar abajo, también más segura, en general buena.

It’s okay. Been booking this hotel for a quite while to or from the airport. But our room this time seems so old. Not a good view outside. Clean and spacious enough. It’s still okay. My son enjoys the pool.

Tuve una estancia estupenda en el Sheraton. ¡Personal súper amable e increíblemente servicial! Especialmente Leen y Amil, quienes hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarme cuando tuve problemas con mi banco. ¡No puedo agradecerles lo suficiente! Piscina cómoda y relajante, así como un bonito gimnasio que tenía una gran vista. Solo obtuve 4/5 en servicios porque aquí en el viaje se dice que tienen un spa, pero en realidad no lo tienen y solo recomiendan servicios externos. En general fue una estancia estupenda 👍🏼

We are overall happy with the hotel. Service was good and we did not encounter any service issues during our stay. We did not use much of the hotel facilities but did enjoy the daily breakfast. On the Sunday we were there, they had switched the breakfast location from the usual Cafe to the Ballroom - while it is understandable given the hotel was running at increased capacity, it would have been better if the hotel had informed us the prior day that the location was being switched. This would have saved us unnecessary time going to the wrong location before finding out it had been switched.
