Worst experience in my lifetime, foul smell from the wash room and bathroom even after repeatedly calling the room service no response room was worst no response from the staff

Inside amenities of the room displayed in the gallery are different from the actual amenities provided. Ac installed in the room is a conventional ac fixed to the wall just above the ground level, whereas after selecting the room while booking, new ac mounted just below the roof is displayed. When we entered the room, it was clumsy and the toilet was not disinfected. Normally after disinfecting the toilet, they seal the toilet seat with paper tape. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they changed my room which was good, but the same conventional ac installed just above the ground level. But for this the room was good. Complementary breakfast is very ordinary. Items are very few. Idly, vada and up-ma are the only items available for south indian breakfast. This definitely needs improvement. On the positive side: staff behaviour and attitude is very good. They are very polite. Staff and security personnel service level also is quite good.

On morning arrival, we wanted to use washroom, it was available on 2nd floor not in the lobby, and it was so pathetic and unhygienic we were not able to use it. We requested them to get it cleaned, after cleaning also it was still dirty. The executive ac room was big enough, but the washroom could have been better, the water from basin was leaking on the floor. It was not even going properly in the drain and kept accumulating on the floor. The ac was window model, and not the centralised one. We were also charged rs 600 for early check-in(2 hours prior. After paying around 3200 for 1 room, it was not upto the mark. There are other hotels which at a lesser price offer such facilities. Won't visit again to this place.

The hotel was ok and didn't find any major concerns as such. The check-in was at 12 pm as stated while booking, and we reached the hotel around 10 am after a long drive from bangalore. We would have appreciated it if we were allowed to check-in at least an hour before so we could rest, but ended up resting in our car until 11:45 am.
