Eigentlich ganz ok, die Dusche, na ja etwas mühsam, könnte auch etwas sauberer sein, auch mal unter dem Bett.... auch das Bad, Die Handtücher sind zwar sauber aber der Zahn der Zeit hat sie dünn werden lassen. Die versprochenen Wasserflaschen gab es nicht jeden Tag.

It has been a bad experience with our stay the bedsheet and pillow are not clean and the present of bedbugs, the shower head is dirty and broken. A blanket is not available in the room, the room is very hot with no ventilator i available

We could not sleep due to horrible mosquito issue. No room service. Service people are not attending service request well. And tv unit not working. Not ventilated, so room temperature is very high. Very bad experience totally.

We were in Mangaluru with our family at the end of December 2024 and stayed at Hotel Manorama. This is an excellent hotel, more like a lodge. The rooms are large and clean and the service is good. The location is perfect near the city centre and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and service-orientated. I can only recommend the Hotel Manorama, especially as it has very favourable prices.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking, when I arrived, they informed me that my room had been sold to someone else. I was shocked and frustrated, especially since I had booked and paid in advance. The staff made no attempt to accommodate me or offer an alternative solution.
I was left standing in the lobby for over two hours with no assistance, and they refused to provide me with another room because they had “overbooked.” Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and there was no apology or effort to make things right. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I would strongly advise against booking at this hotel. You risk being left stranded despite a confirmed reservation, as they clearly overbook and sell rooms to the highest bidder. Absolutely unacceptable!

There were no restroom mat, pillow covers were not changed, for dustbin a still bucket was kept
