"We stayed at this wonderful property for 15 nights and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is fantastic, tastefully furnished, with an excellent Michelin-starred restaurant that is absolutely worth trying! Our room was located inside the castle; it was beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with excellent, fresh, and traditional products. The dining room and pool staff were attentive, kind, and thoughtful. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained, with lovely gazebos where you can relax, read, or immerse yourself in the sounds of nature. We spent days in the quiet pool area, enjoying lunch at the outdoor restaurant. Everything was delicious and wonderful! In addition to all this, which in itself justifies choosing this beautiful and charming hotel, I would like to add something even more wonderful: the reception staff. From the moment we booked, we were treated with competence, care, and clarity—I would even say, with love (we travel a lot and have NEVER had the fortune of living such a truly extraordinary human experience). Adriana is excellent; she assisted us with all our requests, and we appreciated her authority and warm approach to the customer. Fabiola, Giulia, Francesca, and Virginia are delightful, smiling, and very sweet, and available to assist the customer with any need. Just being greeted by name in the morning makes a difference, and then feeling the pleasure of doing this tiring but beautiful job gave us a sense of love. The floor maids are special; a special thanks to Silvia, who works with a very high level of professional ethics; they are all kind, smiling, and warm. So many times we have left hotels and thought, "We'll never go back." When we left here, however, the reception secretaries and Adriana all came out of the reception to bid us a warm farewell, presenting us with a very welcome gift from the management. We felt sad to leave... and obviously, the desire to return. We are very pleased that the owners know they have an amazing reception staff who work with love! Yes, with love, and that's ultimately what we cherish! Thank you so much for everything! We highly recommend this wonderful castle and will definitely do so again!"

"Experience to forget. last year I went with my family in this b&b recommended us by friends, The rooms in the standard, breakfast already much worse. Some cookies and a cup of milk, nothing more. The experience that has mostly led me to write this negative review was a particular one, however: accidentally, the already pretty unstable abat jour of her has collapsed and broke. Route due to a fall from the comforter not more than 15 cm to demonstrate the high quality of the product. The owner learned the event immediately showed shock and claimed the refund of the lamp.
