Serenity on the Terrace

We booked an apartment for $600 per night, thinking we were getting quality accommodation. What we got was a three storey unit, which would have been ok if one of our party wasn’t my 84 year old mother-in-law & another of our guests had a broken leg!! Our bedroom room had thick cobwebs hanging from the light fittings & no blind on the window. I took this photo from my wife & my bed at 10.45pm & it was this light all night long! Definitely an address to avoid at all costs…

Stunning room, so close to everything

Lovely apartments Last minute gettaway and did not disappoint beautiful apartments lots of room , comfy beds , great pool area & secure complex with a friendly check in . Will def stay again

Great location, terrific pool area. Parking a bit of a challenge if you have a larger sedan/wagon or a 4wd, and there are no spare bays available. The townhouse has a great layout, good sized kitchen with everything you’d need, dining table presumably with chairs for the number of people staying, (we were 3 so that’s all the chairs that were around the table) spacious bedrooms, good air cons on both levels, 2 bathrooms, and a powder room off the laundry, balcony with bbq and seating. We had a small problem which was sorted out as best as possible given the time frame and which by all accounts is not likely to be a future problem. If you can’t walk up stairs easily, this is not the spot for you. Place could do with a couple of maintenance touch ups here and there but overall very comfortable.

Great oropertybatva great price

We booked the 4 by 2 room for 2 nights with our 5 kids. On arrival we were disappointed to find out that one room was actually not an actual bedroom and was an open room with beds in it. It was also downstairs when all of the other bedrooms were upstairs. Another reason we booked was for the washing machine and dryer. Travelling with 5 kids means a lot of washing. On our first night we did a load and night and then found out the dryer wasn't working. We couldn't hang out the clothes as there were no pegs so we ended up hanging inside on an airer. I contacted the apartments and was told someone would come out. The next day my partner called and was also told someone would come out. Unfortunately later in the day we were told no one could. They did drop off another airer and pegs. I was told that they didn't know it wasn't working. I feel this should be part of the cleaning, checking things work. A few lights in the house also didn't work (Including the stairs) and an aircon vent was pushed in. The advertised spa is also just a bath. The dining table also only seats 6 which meant we had to eat on bar stools not at the table with our children. The master bedroom is extremely bright from the sun. There are no blinds in the ensuite or covering the feature window. This meant we were woken early. We did like the facilities in the kitchen including lots of plates, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The oven worked well too. The dish wash needs the rinse aid refilled to clean effectively. The beds were comfortable and the provided toiletries were nice. The kids enjoyed the pool but it wasn't heated yet. Unfortunately we feel there were too many little issues during our stay and we therefore won't return.
