"On 18th September, 2025 I ***** with my family visited Hotel Rupkatha at Mandarmoni. I booked two rooms and stayed there for two days on 18th and 19th. Special attraction of the hotel is to view sea just from the premises of the hotel. Sitting on chair in morning and afternoon beauty of the sea enjoyed satisfactorily. Sea beach is just doorstep of the hotel. Rooms of the hotels are nice and beautifully decorated. There are two floors only. Room service is available and staff behaviour are very cordial. Dining room is good and preparation of food are simply excellent. Veg and non veg both are very tasty and palatable. Cleanliness is truly excellent. Manager and other staff always ready to extend their services. It's located at Sonamuhi, Mandarmoni, district Purbo Medinipur, West Bengal. Car parking facility is available. In my view, hotel Rupkatha is an ideal place for spending vacation. Room charges are pocket friendly."

"Very good stay at hotel sea horse. Cleanliness is properly maintained. Rooms are having almost every amenities present. Distance from the beach is about 650 metres. Hotel manager is good person. But one negative point is there in the hotel, their is not a single water purifier installed in the entire hotel. Everybody needs to purchase mineral water bottles. This is one of the source of income to the hotel as they are taking rs. 10 extra in the price of the bottles. So one suggestion i must give to the hotel owner is that, please install atleast 2/3 water purifiers."

"⭐ Extremely Poor Management – Not a Family Resort This resort is absolutely not suitable for families, despite being advertised as one. 1. I clearly informed them at the time of booking that I would be staying with my 6-month-old child, yet they still accepted large group bookings who played very loud music till 12 AM. This was never disclosed beforehand. 2. After repeated complaints, the manager admitted that he cannot control or handle the crowd. If that’s the case, what is the role of the management? 3. There was an actual fight between two drunk groups, creating a very unsafe and unpleasant environment. The resort management only prioritizes large groups, not families. It turned our stay into a complete nuisance instead of a peaceful experience. ❌ Strongly NOT recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a calm stay. Think twice before booking."
