This hotel was nice and clean. I must say the evening clerk skylar is amazing he acknowledged us entering and exiting the building. Skylar was cleaning and folding laundry but still made sure the guest were taking care of. He never had an attitude when you had a question. I noticed no other clerks were friendly or had a personality I look for that type of stuff especially being in the industry myself. I also want to say the breakfast lady as well went above and beyond and was friendly she also helped me checkout this morning while helping others infront of me. She was always smiling and was there when ever she was needed. This was a good experience amd I appreciate the weekend get away.

Fantastic hotel great staff we checked out of a hotel across the street. That was disgusting. They treat us very kindly hear. Good pricing highly recommended. Very clear, great breakfast, clean rooms, I can’t say enough about the person who checked us in fantastic

The location is excellent! Right off the highway and has a very nice diner across the street. The staff was friendly at check in and check out. The room was clean and spacious. Lobby was filled with snacks and drinks for purchase. The lobby was also set up in a nice modern way. overall an A+ stay. I would stay again.

This hotel is terrific. We were in room 428. I give that for reference because the lady who checked us in was very nice. The whole hotel is modern and trendy. There is a whole convenience store surrounding the circular front desk, sound proof cubicles for working, and a breakfast area. I’ve buckets and cups are available by the elevators to take to your room. The rooms have the minimum amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, yet are very well appointed with lots of space. Comfortable walk-in showers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, all your usual hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but in large on the wall containers and something I’ve not seen other hotels…a mesh top table over the air conditioner which in hotels with pools or with water activities close by, this would be great for drying your swimsuits. There is a mini fridge, but no microwave. There is one downstairs in the convenience store area. I will definitely pick this brand again when staying with Hilton.

This a basic euro style hotel.. It's not fancy or high end at all. The rooms are fine, the lobby is fun, but again, not Hilton like at all. Think if a Red Roof had a nice lobby and was a touch nicer. Also they totally messed up our reservation; we booked 7 rooms and they only had 6 available. Bummer since they were sold out.. They were nice enough, but there was nothing they could do.. Think about what your needs are before booking.

I travel quite a bit so much that I am a Diamond member for over ten years. I was traveling to this location for work and had a change in plans. I had to cancel my reservation for an unforeseen issue at another location for the company. It was more than 24 hours before the arrival date but not 48 hours. The property still charged me for a late cancellation. I even had the Diamond Desk call for me and they told them no. If your travel for work and things change on you regularly, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. They will charge you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was our first stay at a Tru by Hilton property: Quite nice (clean/modern) with an above-average breakfast buffet. All the major hotel chains seem to be coming out with a similar mid-level sleek/modern product line and, thus far, the Tru line has been the most impressive.

Experience was great. The room was clean, a little smaller than anticipated but still nice. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Nicely located and I love that a Cheddar's and gas station were right next to the hotel.

I really wanted to like this place. There were great reviews. I made a last minute reservation after driving 8 plus hours. Staff was friendly upon entering. I was really tired and upon entering the room I did my usual bed bug check on the corners of the mattress under the sheets and was surprised to find a big brown beetle between the sheets. Not a bed bug but no way was I going to sleep in that bed. Went back downstairs and got another room. The maid on the floor apologized but not the front desk. He just gave me another room. In this room, no bugs but the flapper in the toilet didn't work so toilet did not flush. No way was I changing rooms again. I told front desk in morning. Inexpensive hotel, very clean except for bug. Would I stay again? I really have to think about that.
