Advantages The food was amazing, waiters were fast in 90% time Beach is very close to the hotel, although it is located outside of the hotel's territory Very clean Free mini bar there are some drinks on the beach. I appreciate hard work of the hotel stuff, especially cleaning ladies, kitchen workers, waiters and masseurs. What I did not like Confusion with a booking. I booked deluxe room with 2 beds, but got a room with 1 bed and had to pay additionally for the proper room and there were still not the same beds as promised in my reservation. It was a room with a sea view, so firstly I was glad. Until I discovered at 21 00 that we can not fall asleep until 23 00 , because of the loud animation program on evenings. It was hard during our first day as we woke up at 5 AM to fly there. alcoholic drinks in bars were watered, but that is more a benefit , as people got drunk slower. There were no towels in spa sometimes and no sign at the beach that guests need to take towels at spa. So once I had to go to the beach and back to get a towel and I did not succeed in it as "they were gone". How it is possible not to have enough towels for every guests, especially using a cards system? And sometimes we got thinner towels instead of normal, as we came late for them, not at 8 30. I asked to borrow scissors once, to fix clothes. Reception employee said that he could not do it because of safety reasons. Next day I saw another guest in the hotel who borrowed scissors and gave them back to them. There was not enough space on the beach, not enough sunbeds The beach employee started to whistle when I tried to move sunbeds a bit to use them together with my family and after whistling for 3 times to me finally came and said to me "SPEAK! ask for help". I did not ask him for the first time as I did not see him. He seemed very angry. Although he found place for us, later in the evening he saw the sand on my sunbed and feet and started to touch them with his broom for sand. It supposed to be a joke, right ? Is it appropriate for 5 stars hotel? also there is no toilet at the beach, only public one for 1 euro, and no information about that on the reception. The fresh orange juice at the restaurant costed 2 euro. Financial crisis came, I assume, and got it. But this is not "Ultra all inclusive" than is they are promising in description.

Was slightly concerned before we arrived based on previous reviews, but very happy with the experience. Possitives. Very clean hotel,room serviced daily and mini bar refilled. Bar staff couldn't do enough for you. Excellent service in the restaurant and pool bar. Lunch and dinner very good variety of food. Entertainment team work hard to involve all holiday makers, whatever your nationality. Added snack bar 12-4 daily, burgers,pizza etc. One ala carte sitting on your stay, 6 course meal. Couple of negatives,but not enough to spoil holiday, Inside restaurant not enough air con,was uncomfortable on a couple of occasions, breakfast (apart from omelette bar) aimed at European tourist.

We had a really nice time. Our highlight was our day out on an excursion planned by sevkan our amazing holiday rep from love holidays. He planned everything with great care and detail and was always dropping into us making sure we were okay and seeing if he could do anything for us at all. Could not have asked for a better rep for our time here we love sevkan!!!

Just arrived back from a 2 week stay at this hotel. I will leave some positive and negative thoughts about our stay. A last minute booking, we felt we had a relaxing time, pool was warm, sunbeds available, although you would need to claim your ‘spot’ by 8am, or you could be searching for beds & umbrellas. A five minute walk to the beach, water very warm, all sand. We were on the lower level, room 1003. Spacious, great shower, view from balcony was not ‘land view’, as stated, it was looking at the back of another hotel, not nice! The covers on the bed did NOT fit the mattress, a thin sheet that that you just pull over yourself. The bedding was not changed within our stay. Air con good, full length mirror, covered by unit and tv…pointless! Entertainment in the evenings poor, foam pool party was one of them, not to our liking, a live band or singer would have been great. Food ok, caters very much for different nationalities, not if you’re British. Unfortunately, I had food poisoning after the first week, so avoided ice, salads, fish and meat, to keep myself safe. Very unpleasant experience, especially when you’re abroad. I used ‘google translate’, to ask if anyone else had come down with it too, they didn’t know and staff speak very little English. We were the only English couple at the hotel. Overall, from our experience, would not return to this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel. Standard max 3 stars. We paid for a top class room and got a standard and of course the hotel sees no problem. After all, they will replace us in a day, so what's the point. Pool towels cover half a sunbed. Sun loungers crammed in the farthest corners overlooking the windows and the back of the bar. The food is very poor. In general, the choice is lacking. On top of that, no air conditioning in common areas, including the lobby and restaurant. Turkey has always been our heaven on earth, and this hotel, unfortunately, has negatively affected our opinion of the quality of Turkish hotels. For the same money (I point out that not small) you can choose a really sensational hotel.
