otele geldiğimizde odamızda yerde kum vardı. 2 dakikada her şeyi düzelttik, odayı temizledik.Her gün duş jeli, saç kremi, şampuan verildi, oda güzelce temizlendi.Yastıklar ve yatak örtüleri kirli çarşaflar, tüm yol boyunca yıkamazlar, bu yüzden biraz tatsızdı.Plaj havluları da çok eski ve kirliydi. Otelde yemekler güzel, tavuk var, balık var ama et çeşitleri servis edilmedi.Akşamları bir sürü sarhoş insan vardı. Yüksek sesle konuşuyorlardı. Bir kadeh şarap için balkonda sessizce oturmak istedik. Ama odamiza icki taşımamıza izin verilmedi.rezervasyon personeli çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdir ve herhangi bir konuda size yardımcı olacaktır.Sahilde gözleme var. çok hoş bir kadın. lezzetli yemekler yapar. Plajda alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekler de bulunmaktadır. Her zaman yeterli yer, bol miktarda şezlong vardır. deniz temiz. ama hemen derin. alt kısım taş ve kumdur. okaliptüs ağaçlarının olduğu parkın içinden sahile 5 dakika yürüyün.İlginç eğlence programı animatörleri su topu var, akşam eğlencesi var, çocuk diskosu var.

Ailece geldik. Odalar gayet temiz, kalabalık ama eğlenceli bir otel, yemekler aç kalmayacağınız kadar iyi ve çeşitli, çocuklar için kaydıraklı havuzu var, fiyat performans acisindan son derece basarili bir otel. Muadilleri 4-5 kat pahalı. Gelmeden önce yorumlara bakarak endise duymustuk fakat gorduk ki olumsuz yorumlarin %80 i yersiz. Her 5 yildiZli otelde oldugu gibi bazi yeme icme alanlarinda sira olabiliyor, aksamlari mini club da cocuklar cok egleniyor, animasyonlar hic bitmiyor. Daha önce delüxe ve premium otellerde kalmis biri olarak, bu otelin fiyatindan daha iyi hizmet verdigini soyleyebilirim, hem ekonomik, hem her turlu hizmet var. Paraniz cok ve 4-5 kat fazla butceniz var ise farkli alternatifleri degerlendirebilirsiniz, fakat butceniz kisitli ama 5 yildiz otel ( orta sinif ) tatili dusunuyorsaniz ve cocuklariniz icin eglence istiyorsaniz bu oteli kacirmayin. İnternet parali diye yakinanlar olmus, bizim internete ihtiyacimiz olmadi, tatildeyiz sonucta, raki yok diyenler olmus, havuz basinda da raki icmeyiverin bi zahmet, degisik alternatif icecekler deneyin. ( sadece aksam yemeklerinde raki olsaymis iyiymis :) Sonuc olarak fiyat performans oteli. Cok uygun fiyata cok guzel bir tatil yapti cocuklar. Aksilikleri de gormezden geldik.

Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiren modern temiz otel beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı.Gerek genel müdür Tulga Bey , gerekse restoran şefi İshâk bey, şef barmen Saniye hanım , tüm çalışanlar güler yüzleri ile bizleri müşteri değil misafir gibi ağırladılar..Yemek çeşitleri ve lezzetleri güzel dekorasyonu sade ve huzurlu ayrıca çok şık keyifli…. Havuz ve bahçe peyzajı dekorasyonun ince detaylarıyla beraber muhteşem.. Plaja giden yol o kadar hoş ki küçük araçlarla giderken çok keyif alıyorsunuz . Beach barı içecekleri ve yiyecekleri gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Plajdaki günbatımı upuzun incecik kumu ile bölgenin en iyi plajı olmayı hak ediyor.. Tekrar gitmeyi tercih edeceğim nadir otellerden .. Tek başınıza gelseniz bile hiç sıkılmadan aileniz gibi benimseyip rahat edeceğiniz bir otel ..Çok güzel duygularla ayrılırken aklım ve kalbim Berry de kaldı ..

Merhaba öncelikle gitmeden okuduğumuz yorumlar sonrasında yaptırdık rezervasyonumuzu fakat sonrasında iyi ki gitmişiz dediğimiz bir otel oldu. Odadan sorumlu temizlik görevlileri ile ilgili çok ciddi bir yorumda bulunmak istiyorum kesinlikle işlerine saygıları olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Fakat mutfak ve barlardan sorumlu Saniye Hanım o otelin en büyük şansı olduğunu kesinlikle söylemeden geçemeyeceğim. Biz Saniye Hanım ve ekibi sayesinde oteli çok sevdik ilgileri ve güler yüzleri için Saniye Hanım’a ve lobi bardan görevli tüm arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏🏻😍

The guy at the reception was rude and he used bad words and disrespect my mother. They charge u for wifiamd it doesn't work 😒 food is bad , beds are uncomfortable the staffs are rude . The only good thing about this hotel was the DJ pouria and Diana the entertainment team . That's it

We’ve been here for 1 week and have had a great experience with the workers, food, room and everything. You have a lot of options during breakfast/lunch/dinner and good food. The toilets are clean and so is the rest of the hotel. The all inclusive is very good as well up until late at night. They have different bars where they serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks and juice for the kids following up with ice cream and snack bar. They have a show every night that is fun for the whole family as well as mini club for the small ones. The workers are nice with a good attitude and really helpful. Two pools with a small aqua park and kid pool

We spent 8 nights in September 2022 On reviews was not sure what to expect , but on the price we got, couldnt refuse . On arrival we was welcomed .room very clean And modern , worst thing no kettle ,. We found food over the week was nice , but repetitive daily Found staff ok , other guest more rude , pushing in at bar .. Only complaint i have is on our 1st night( 1st September) the young man working on the noodle bar was very disrespectful towards us( 2 female's) making us at 1st not wanting to stay at hotel the same evening watched him also argue with another female guest ,
