We were here at seraj international hotel during new year's time .the holiday could be planned only because of the best offers shared by seraj international hotel to us .We checked it on line and found a suitable unit for our holidays in manali . My husband's access got mature when we contacted the host for holiday plan .we are reallyhappy to stay and get every tourism concern here. Host is very helpful and perfect guide .

Very nice hotel, staff was very humble We have come ist time here in a group, Good experience in Manali and lots of enjoyment here nice room service and good staff of hotel . Nice visiting here and it seems that will come again. All snow activities available here.

I don't understand why India doesn't take hygiene and safety seriously. This hotel was disgusting. Toilet filthy. Switches filthy. Pillows dirty. When spoken to owner he said clientele in India do not complain. I can't believe in 2024 people still accept such disgusting standards.
