We booked this hotel with high hope paying steep price but got a terrible service. We got a suite room with good space but shady stuff. Immediately after check-in the room, the realisation was there that we've paid heavy price for this shady old stuff. Tv wasn't working at all, intercom wasn't working, there was no amenities in bathroom except small bottles of shower gel, shampoo n small soap. Spent the night somehow and went downstairs for complimentary breakfast. To our utter surprise, breakfast wasn't ready at 8:45am. The guy at reception was clueless and said he is not sure if breakfast will be there or not, though we can order something if we want. We were clueless and frustrated. The restaurant serving (waiter) person mr. Sharma came into rescue and assured to give us something to eat. He came up with plate of fruits and parathas. Similar to us, another couple was staying in hotel having same experience and were fighting with that reception guy about complimentary breakfast. We got to know that this property sold and severely understaffed and left to rot now.
