Paying for location. Was once a nice hotel and could be again if some maintenance and cleaning were attended to. For this price point the expectation is higher. The place needs a thorough clean, including furnishings, curtains, etc. Floors are very dusty. Linen needs to be thrown out. Linen is too old to remain in service with stains and multiple repairs as well as looking grey and unwashed. The pillows are covered in stains and need replacement. Again for a hotel at this price point it does not meet a fair expectation. The one redeeming factor would be courteous staff that responded to simple requests like changing linen that was dirty on arrival. The replacements however were no better. Give your staff better equipment to clean with and new linen. Spend some time to train staff to clean properly and I’m confident your business will benefit.
