Gorgeous views of slopes at Canyon Lodge!! This newly renovated 2-level 4BR/3BA townhome has stunning mountain and slopes views. Fully appointed with all the comforts of home. Sleeps 8 guests total.
Our unit is perched up on a hill that is accessible as ski in/out (from the ski back trail), or walking distance to Canyon Lodge...a quick 8 min. walk to Canyon Lodge lifts and Canyon Gondola (that will take you to/from the Village).
The space
**Newly Renovated ~ One of a kind and professionally designed and curated 4 bedroom townhome!
As a guest of our family townhome, you’ll enjoy the spacious layout accompanied with all new furnishings, lighting and decor, and the latest in technology.
Our townhome has direct access from the outside, no shared interior hallway - we have a private front porch and entry to our condo. For your convenience, there is a lockable gear closet located outside at our private front porch area. We will provide you with a key to use and access during your stay. We ask that all gear (skis, snowboards, bikes, etc. be stored in this gear closet or anywhere out on our front porch area).
Upon entering, you will immediately experience the cozy yet spacious/open living room and kitchen with new full height glass dining room window and new 3-sliding glass door sliders to our balcony - revealing the elevated and stunning views of the slopes at Canyon!
This upper level is very spacious with high vaulted wood beam ceilings, and plenty of comfortable seating in our living room with a focal point of our new gas fireplace and new 65" TV.
The large open kitchen offers everything you will need. All new Kitchenaid appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with exterior water and ice, dishwasher, stove/oven with professional grade hood. Kitchen is stocked with a full complement of utensils, cookware, silverware, glassware. We proudly offer a Keurig coffee machine (with ability to serve single kcups or carafe of ground coffee), 4-slice toaster, microwave, crock pot, blender, and an assortment of spices. We also have a new Kitchenaid propane gas grill on our private balcony for your use. Our large-scale custom kitchen island has integral dining seating for 8 guests.
Also on this upper level is a bedroom with Queen size bed and adjacent bathroom complete with walk-in shower.
The lower level features an additional 3 bedrooms...
The Master Bedroom Suite has a King size bed and en suite bathroom equipped with a large vanity and a walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom also has it's own gas fireplace and 55" TV. This room is quite a treat!
The next Bedroom is a very spacious second Master Suite, featuring a King size bed, lounge seating, and large desk area for those who need to work during their stay, and a 55" TV. This bedroom has large spanning windows - perfect for letting that nice warm sun in and gazing out to the views.
The last bedroom is equipped with a Double (Full) size bed, plenty of closet space, and a 55" TV.
Located in the hallway downstairs is a bathroom complete with tub/shower and vanity.
For your convenience, we also have a stacked in-unit washer and dryer located downstairs. Any mom (or dad) will truly appreciate this amenity when traveling!
We provide free WiFi. All bedrooms and living room are equipped with new smart TVs with cable TV. All smart TVs offer a variety of streaming apps for guests to log into with their own accounts.
Guest access
As a guest of our townhome, you will have access to an onsite recreation building equipped with ping pong table, fooseball, and plenty of comfortable lounge seating with fireplace and a large flat screen TV. Within the rec building is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, changing room/bathrooms, and hot sauna room. Directly outside of the rec building is an outdoor pool, and a covered outdoor jacuzzi.
These spaces are "shared."
Other things to note
Please note ~
Our unit is located at the end of a single lane access road. There is no parking allowed along this access road. This road must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and for snow removal during winter season. Parking is available, however parking is not directly in front of our unit. There is a lower parking lot and an upper parking lot, with stairs accessing the row of townhome units (including ours) along this access road. Please view the site map in our listing's photos for location of our unit in relation to parking. Park only in any available designated Mammoth West parking spots.
Should you choose to, you may drive your vehicle down this single lane access road to do a very quick loading/unloading. However, do so at your own risk during winter months when road is covered in snow. It is a single lane, so reversing in or out may be a bit challenging.
We want to be completely up front with the parking situation and vehicular access to our unit. It may be perceived as somewhat inconvenient, however once you arrive to our unit, the trade-off is the spectacular views of Canyon ski runs out of our living room and dining room windows!! Only end units like ours have this view!!
*** BEFORE BOOKING*** Please fully read and understand our Cancellation Policy. By booking your reservation you are agreeing to our Cancellation Policy set in place. We highly encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance, especially if you have any concerns about refunds due to travel disruptions (ie travel restrictions due to inclement weather, other personal life interruptions, illness, injury, etc). Mammoth Lakes is a mountain town and during winter seasons we may get a large amount of snow (2023 was a record season!). Please be prepared to travel in inclement weather.
We stand by our Cancellation Policy. Period.
Additionally, there will be a Re-scheduling Fee (min. two night’s fee, or 50% of total nights fee, of your original reservation) for changes made to your reservation dates, if your alteration request is less than 7 days of your original check-in date. Amazing winter getaway
We had an amazing time. The place was beautiful and fit our group well. Just a 7 minute walk to canyon lodge. We will be back for sure!

Perfect location by Canyon Lodge
Our family rented this town home to celebrate my nephews 20th Birthday. The kids (4 of them ages 16-20) were able to walk back and forth with their gear to Canyon Lodge while the adults enjoyed the views back at home. We walked over to Canton Lodge in the afternoon and got on the Gondola to the village and had lunch. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and towels. It was great that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all of the showers. I loved that there here humidifiers in each room to help with the dryness in the winter. The kitchen had everything we needed because we cooked all of our meals at the house. Lots of spices, coffee. Parking was tight because of all the snow, but we found a spot. We were able to unload the trucks in front of the town home then back down the lane and find a parking spot. Great trip. Leslie was very communicative and answered quickly when questions arose. We new exactly what to expect.
