Really friendly and helpful staff who provided an excellent service. We stayed for four nights having breakfast every day and a meal in the restaurant on the final night. Could not fault anything, and what was most noticeable was that all the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and were like a big family. We were served by Elli on our last night, who was excellent, and we could have made the same comments about any of her colleagues.

Stayed for two nights. Excellent service. Room clean. Very friendly staff. Meal great. Just one suggestion, a selection of meats and cheeses would improve the Continental Breakfast. Plenty of save parking. Hand if you are visiting the Morgan Experience.

This is a regular premier inn on a trading estate. It's well out of town but fairly quiet. The building is starting to look tired but we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There are retail park shops nearby. There is no EV charging at the hotel, you need to walk 500 meters to the Aldi car park.

We booked for 6 nights to attend the theatre’s festival. The advert said air conditioned. Part of the hotel public areas may have been but the rooms were not and of course the windows don’t open. Complained to the staff who said the room did have a/c on the wall control but the minimum temperature was set at 19 degrees centigrade so we asked for a fan which they supplied, however due to the temperature it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

The outside appearance of the Malvern Premier Inn says it all. Dirt stained and in need of thorough redecoration. Inside it’s careworn and needs a complete refurbishment. It reminded me of a Travelodge. Rooms were smaller than we normally find at Premier Inns with no separate sofa (we had three rooms). Aircon was good at cooling but not at heating the room. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and breakfast was as expected.

The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean with great parking. Breakfast was good value.

Stayed for one night only. Hotel was clean with great pillows and linen but room was very tired definitely needs a makeover. Outside was also very tired needed painting. Trees outside were blocking any view infact they were tight to the window. No decaf tea or coffee available. Staff were efficient and very pleasent.
