We visited Breezy Wood Resort in January 2023 and the whole experience was wonderful. Resort is located near Devbaug Beach which is at a walking distance. Rooms are same as shown in the pictures. Food is authentic and yummy. Quality is too good. The Owner of the resort Mr.Nitin will guide you in planning your activities. A great person to talk to. The care taker Sanjay bhau is an absolute wonderful person and will be at your service anytime of the day..midnight..early morning. They decorated our cottage for my daughter's birthday. 3 rooms face the back waters which gives a superb view. Unfortunately we couldn't get the booking of those rooms. A must visit resort for a great experience.

Highly recommended, excellent courtesy by staff and mr nitin awesome food, pet friendly enjoyed the stay, walking distance to the beach, perfect sunrise view, it's located just next to jetty so you just have to hop into the boat for dolphin rides or any other activities thanks a lot breezywoods

Would highly recommend a stay here! Stayed here in October 2022 for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location of the property is great - adjoining the Karli river. The ambience and overall receptiveness of the staff was quite warm - akin to a homestay. The place was well kept and the staff was extremely co-operative. Special thanks to the owner - Nitin for giving insights into the local area and being on top of all the arrangements. The food here is just great and highly recommended. They even made special food preparation on request even though it wasn't part of regular menu. Look forward to visiting again

Hotel rentals and the facility doesn’t match, high cost for poor service, food and overall experience. The hotel has parking 500 metres away so one has to walk, parking is not secure as it’s open for all. Cleanness is major issue, first day when we ordered tea it had lipstick marks all over, the spoons were dirty with food stains. We asked for extra bedding but even after 4 to 5 reminders it was not delivered. Pool water was dirty and it was not available for use.

All arrangements were properly made, staff was quite helpful specially sanjay. Taste of food was great. Property is very nicely maintained it feels you are in new property only. Connectivity is great. Special thanks to nitin for making all arrangements for site seeing so comfortable

Breezywood has riverfront view. It has excellent quality of cottages. Best part of resort is food and the host. He is owner of resort as well. Nitin not only helped us with authentic local cuisine food choices but also helped us in planning our day. He ensured we visit all the right places in the stipulated time we had. He also few things out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.
