Staff so friendly and hard working. So accommodating to all requests. Food delicious and expertly presented. Bed so comfortable and slept so well listening to the owl outside. So much thought put into everything. A gorgeous area. Would definitely return

Stunning hotel, great location, excellent restaurant both for dinner and breakfast, the service was simply perfect. Absolutely cannot fault anything about this place, 10/10 will be coming back again soon. Special mention for the soup of the day

Beck Hall is a special hotel set in spectacular scenery. The plant based nature of the hotel was fantastic for us and being able to choose anything on the menu was wonderful. There was a a good choice of food which I’d put in the good to very good range. The customer service is excellent and you feel the staff working there are enjoying being there. The outdoor terrace next to the river (beck?) is very calming and we were blessed with great weather. Malham Cove is really close by (not a beach but a limestone cliff) and made for some epic walking during our stay. The only one thing I would seek to change is replacing the instant coffee option in the bedrooms. I don’t like instant coffee - tea drinkers get tea bags and the hotel gives you a flash of oat or soya milk for your room but please provide some real coffee in the rooms either a nespresso machine or some rombouts coffee filter.

What an amazing place! Elegantly decorated room, attentive staff without being pushy, hotel in a quiet spot close to the best walking, but the best part was the food which was exceptional. Every dish was well prepared, cooked perfectly and made our stay.

We had an amazing time at Beck Hall, we stayed for three nights. The location was gorgeous, lots of great walks on the doorstep. The food was absolutely delicious, great choices on the menu. The rooms were clean. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Great ambience and lovely decor in the restaurant. Nice outdoor seating area in the garden by the beck. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Beck Hall!

A great location for an after walk relaxation next to a babbling brook. Beer though is very expensive (London prices). Leaving aside the outrageous prices for a drink the location can’t be bettered if the sun is shining. What it would be like in the rain (normal Malham weather) is debatable.

The location couldn't be better from which to explore what the Yorkshire Dales has to offer! Charming rooms, amazing plant-based menu and delightful staff combined to make this a truly memorable stay. I loved the attention to detail by the staff - for example, remembering which of our party of 4 had tea or coffee for breakfast by the 2nd morning - and their obvious love of the 4-legged member of our party, plying her with treats at every opportunity and bringing her a doggy bed to lie on under our dining table to ensure that she had as good a time there as us! Two of us are not vegan, but we enjoyed the food just as much as those who were. It was simply superb! Would heartily recommend.

The beautiful location, the friendly welcome, the lovely room, great food, decent wine, the attentive and hard working staff, all go to make this a memorable weekend. Being a lifelong vegetarian it was special to be able to choose anything from the menu for the evening meal or from the breakfast buffet or breakfast menu. It is hard to pick a fault with an establishment that is obviously trying so very hard. So if I had to nit pick all I can come up with is a bathroom sliding door needed a little repair and the shower head in the bath had a puncture. These very minor things in no way takes away from the great job the staff and management are doing. Looking for somewhere special to stay? This is it, and vegan food too!

The location is amazing, our room overlooked the stream and was spotless. The vegan food is the best we have ever had for both breakfast and evening meal. The staff are sooo attentive, they really do make you feel special. This was our second stay and we can't wait to go back!
