Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel’s facilities and family-friendly environment. However, I would not recommend staying during peak season due to the long waiting time for room allocation. Although check-in was at 3:30 PM, we only received our room between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. While guests were allowed to enjoy the facilities and complimentary light refreshments while waiting, the delay was challenging, especially for young children who were already tired after travelling. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was below expectations. It appeared that housekeeping was rushing to prepare rooms. There was visible dust and small pieces of rubbish on the floor, the shower gel bottle was completely empty and had not been refilled, and the balcony had not been swept. Most concerning was finding a Charlie ant near the curtain. That said, I would like to compliment the hotel manager for the prompt response when we requested additional bottled drinking water. The service recovery was appreciated. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Parking was convenient, and the facilities were excellent, making the hotel highly suitable for families with young children. In conclusion, the housekeeping standards and room waiting time require significant improvement. However, the food, parking, and facilities were excellent. The location is slightly outside Malacca city centre, with most tourist attractions approximately 15–20 minutes away by car.

The room was quite spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We had a pleasant stay overall. The only downside was that the towels had a rather strong smell, and there was no tissue provided in the room (only toilet paper in the bathroom). It would be great if provided.

This is my 4th time staying in this place love the location and cleaniness of the place. Love the two bedroom with 2 toilet. Ease the use of toilet in the morning

Este pueblo es realmente sorprendente! El estilo de decoración es un estilo moderno y sencillo, las instalaciones son todas adecuadas, y el dueño se ve muy útil. La habitación está limpia, la cama está cómoda y la noche está bien. El transporte es conveniente y el entorno tranquilo, tanto en vacaciones como en viajes de negocios son muy adecuados. ¡El precio es muy alto, muy recomendado para los amigos que buscan una experiencia de alojamiento cómodo!

The owner’s attention to detail was remarkable—everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from snacks to local tips. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for families!
