Courtyard by Marriott Melaka

Excellent stay with Courtyard Marriort. Lovely environment and staff, which make this journey remarkable. Worth to book room with a hotel breakfast as it consists of many varieties. Even serve the first drink when escort to our table. If you are driving , they provide complimentary parking with security guard station there. Feel at ease on my vehicle even parked for overnight. Room cleaniness is up to standard, and the view of the city was unblocked. Will definitely pick this hotel again when i return.

A clean hotel with amenities needed in the room. Hotel staff even gave me a malacca straights view room. The room is big and clean. Staffs are all very friendly and warm . They are helpful and knowledgeable in going about to get things we needed. Will come back again when I’m in malacca

The lobby was grand and spacious. The staff was friendly and attended to our request of checking in early. Location was within 10 mins drive to where we wanna go.

Overall, clean & spacious room. Only setback was the bathtub, as it functions as a shower without curtain, which splashes water all over the bathroom, create hazard and inconvenience. Also, quite high to climb into the tub.

My partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before. And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly. However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay. On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operator…. And he said sorry… worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign. Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.

The room is very dusty especially the curtain when u open or close many "feathers" will flown out... cos my son is very sensitive n allergic to dust, nose n hands become itchy... then the manager ED very patient and good service, he let us wait n drink in the lounge and he bring cleaners to vacuum n clean again. Thank you. He compensate us with breakfast n late check out also. 👍👍
