Sonreí cuando abrí la habitación. Tan pronto como abrí la puerta, vi una cama. No sabía si era la habitación que tenía. El 917 estaba a la vuelta de la esquina. La habitación sólo tiene capacidad para 2 camas de 90 cm y un lugar para el culto. Pequeño pero completo. Hay una ventana muy pequeña que da al patio entre los brazos. No ocupes esta habitación si puedes evitarlo.

Check-in Experience: The check-in process was smooth and the staff was warm and welcoming. However, due to the standard 4 PM check-in time, there were long queues at the reception. To avoid this congestion, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange for early check-in, especially during peak seasons. If you’re an Accor member, the experience is even more seamless and rewarding. Ambiance & Cleanliness: From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you’re greeted with a signature scent that flows throughout the lobby, corridors, and even into the guestroom — creating a consistent sense of calm and cleanliness. The ambiance is elegant and tranquil, offering a relaxing contrast to the bustling surroundings outside. Guestroom Experience: The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the highlight was definitely the breathtaking Kaaba view, which added a deeply spiritual and unique element to the stay. The bed linens were soft and luxurious, ensuring restful sleep. The air conditioning was perfectly calibrated, providing a refreshing escape from the intense heat outside. It made re-entering the room after a long day feel rejuvenating. The room also came equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: coffee and tea facilities, quality toiletries, and other thoughtful amenities. Hotel Accessibility: A significant advantage of Swissotel Makkah is its location in the Abraj Clock Tower. Unlike many other hotels in the same complex, the lobby is on the ground floor, which means guests can access the rooms directly without switching elevators — a huge plus in terms of convenience. Service & Flexibility: The staff went above and beyond by offering us a late check-out while we waited for our continued stay at Swissotel Al Maqam. This thoughtful gesture truly elevated the experience and showed their commitment to guest comfort. Final Thoughts: Swissotel Makkah combines comfort, excellent service, and unmatched convenience, particularly for pilgrims and visitors seeking proximity to the Haram. Whether it’s the luxurious bed, the iconic view, or the little details that enhance your stay, this hotel delivers on all fronts. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. The location was also ideal—conveniently situated near Alharam yet offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, my experience at elaf kinda exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

I was disappointed because the receptionist have told me that I could have may money back if I check out before 2:00 pm, the amount was 100SR however, zI did not get my money back and left the hotel .

Services were good. Receptionist can speak English. Location is excellent, just few steps to Haram. Breakfast buffet was excellent

El hotel es un buen servicio, los jóvenes trabajan duro, pero sólo unos pocos de los viejos Chavez parecen enojados y cansados.

La estadía fue increíble. El refrigerador no funcionaba y lo reemplazaron de inmediato. Ojalá hubiera una sala separada para un centro de negocios en lugar de un escritorio en un área pública. El audio de la sala de oración estaba bien, pero hubiera sido mejor instalar parlantes de alta calidad.

Al Safwah Orchid Hotel is the closest hotel to Kaaba. Very pleasant and easy to access the Great Mosque.

La ubicación del hotel es increíble, fácil de llegar a al Haram. Sin embargo, el check-in fue más que esperado, las habitaciones son viejas y requieren renovaciones serias porque en este momento sus altos precios son sólo para la ubicación, no el hotel mismo.

Love the location. Very very close to Masjid Al-Haram. Twin room is spacious with very comfortable beds. Just don’t forget to bring tooth-brush and toothpaste. Buffet Breakfast was great too.
