I had the pleasure of staying at Violet Hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and I wanted to share my experience with everyone considering a trip to this holy city. First, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated just a short distance from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for performing prayers and attending religious duties. The view from my room offered a beautiful sight of the surroundings, providing a serene feel which added to my spiritual journey. The staff at Violet Hotel deserve special mention. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The concierge service was particularly helpful in assisting me with local transportation and offering advice on places to visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a fully-stocked minibar. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get some much-needed rest after long days of prayers and exploration. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring the room was spotless each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from local Saudi dishes to international fare, all prepared with fresh ingredients. I also dined at the in-house restaurant for dinner a couple of times, and the meals were absolutely delightful. In terms of facilities, the Violet Hotel offers several amenities that enhance the guest experience. There is a well-equipped fitness center, which I found extremely beneficial to keep up with my exercise routine. The business center also came in handy as I needed to catch up on some work during my stay. Overall, my experience at Violet Hotel was exceptional. Whether you are visiting Makkah for a spiritual pilgrimage or just to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The combination of its prime location, excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic dining options make it a great choice for any traveler.

Although we Stayed and the hotel is aware it is a pilgrimage and there is a demand for rooms. They do not appear to seek excellence. The workers were fine always keen to help. Management was appalling, Unresponsive to client needs. Nevertheless it met our purpose we needed somewhere to sleep. Transport was just across the road free shuttle to the haram

The hotel offers excellent 5-star facilities and a pleasant ambiance. The front desk staff is very cooperative and welcoming. I was able to check in about 6 hours early without any issues. The hotel is clean, and the rooms come equipped with a locker, weighing scale, and TV. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding with a wide variety of options. I’ve stayed here twice within a year. Previously, they provided a shuttle service to Ajiyad Road, which was very close to Haram. This time, however, they use larger buses that drop off at the back of the Ajiyad bus station, increasing the distance to about 500-600 meters from Haram. There are only two large buses, and they leave as soon as they are full, not strictly following the schedule. I ended up taking a taxi for 10 riyals multiple times. Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent facilities. Additionally, Albaik is conveniently located just across the road.

It's conveniently situated close to the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore Makkah without any hassle. The shuttle service to the Haram was punctual and efficient, greatly facilitating our visits for prayers. Moreover, the hotel amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing us to keep up with our workout routine even while traveling. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which made it easy to stay connected with family and friends. Overall, I highly recommend Midan Hotel Makkah for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in this holy city. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent amenities truly make it a standout choice. Looking forward to another visit soon!

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena y servicio de autobús a Haram. Un autobús sale casi cada 10-15 minutos. El personal es muy acomodador, pero puede que tenga que esperar mucho tiempo durante el ingreso. Muy raramente he encontrado que los ascensores están llenos. Las habitaciones son de tamaño adecuado y disponen de buenas instalaciones.

Un hotel decente. Solo que las luces de la habitación son bastante tenues. Los baños son funcionales y buenos.

Hotel is good but amenities haven't been provided as written there was no iron in the room. And staff in night is unsupportive even he didnt allowed your guest to visit you which is weird. Haram is far from here and no shuttle service provided like other hotel does
