«Overall, the hotel was excellent, especially with its great location near Al-Haram and the Kaaba. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast it would be nice to have more variety of options»

«Overall OK. On one occasion the room delivery guy ask for cash - he says machine not working? Towels look worn out. TV was not working when we check in, the technician takes over an hour to arrive but didn't solve the issue. We call again a different personnel came to solve it»

«DoubleTree has always been my choice since i first stayed here in 2022. This is my 3rd time staying and the level of hospitality and service is so wonderful. I tried other hotels on my last visit in January 2025, but it wasn't great, so here I am back at DoubleTree. The location to the Grand Mosque of Makkah is fairly reasonable - one can walk (via Hilton Convention Hotel) - sloped surface, or take the complimentary shuttle that stops at Hilton Conrad on Jabal Omar. Wear good walking shoes. Mr. Ahmed Elsayed at the restaurant is a top-notch manager. I only mentioned something to him, and he had his colleague make it especially for me. That was totally unexpected and they both went out of their way to ensure that it was a problem. They did it again the next day. Such personable service from both gentlemen and the others at DoubleTree Makkah. The room was spacious, clean, bathroom had Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well which is something rare! And of course the signature cookies i love. Thank you!!»

«Si buscas un hotel económico de 4 estrellas, no busques en ningún otro lado. Este es el mejor que puedes conseguir. Tienen un servicio de autobús gratuito que funciona cada media hora. Te deja en la Puerta de Marwa. Tienes que caminar entre 10 y 15 minutos para llegar al Haram. Te recogen en el mismo lugar. No tuve ningún problema con el servicio de autobús. El servicio de transporte era bastante bueno. El único inconveniente es caminar hasta el Haram. Iba con mi hijo y le cuesta caminar cada vez. La comida del hotel es peor. No me gustó en absoluto. Tomé el desayuno buffet y pagué 100 riyales. Fue una experiencia gastronómica peor. La variedad de desayuno era muy limitada. En general, es un buen hotel económico. Supongo que hay que hacer concesiones en algún aspecto.»

«Nothing much to say except this is definitely what you call a 5 star. Everything from smooth check in to check out was perfect. Location very good to haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. So much options on food. The whole hotel looks great also, massive lobby. Service was quality from front of house to all porters/cleaners/chefs. And beautiful masjid built in hotel. Highly recommend, might be little pricey but honestly you’ll 100% get your moneys worth, especially for umrah/hajj. I was there last few days of ramadan and eid, thinking because of how busy it will be during this period, might not get a good service or late check in etc. but totally opposite. It was worth every penny. Im originally from uk so expecting quality for the price i paid. Definitely all paid off.»

«El lugar está a 7 minutos del Haram.. Limpieza, si Dios quiere, refrigeración, empleados.., desayuno por la mañana hasta el último momento que toman y llenan la comida, servicio en el restaurante.. todo está ordenado y me quedaré de nuevo. Pero hay que reducir las especias y la abundancia de manakish y tipos de queso. Se ha convertido en 3 días, el mismo tipo de comida picante como la hamburguesa y las patatas normales. En general, son todas especias e incluyen un especial. ají, tanto que estamos en medio de la carretera y comemos comida picante Saludos a todo el personal y trabajadores del hotel, y deseamos desarrollo para el hotel, especialmente para la recepción.»
