Love this hotel, a comfortable shuttle hotel .

Everything is good

I stayed at this hotel last February. The location was great, not too far from Al Haram, and the 24-hour shuttle buses made it convenient for prayer times — definitely a positive point. However, I faced some issues during my stay. The room wasn’t very clean, and the pillow didn’t feel fresh. I also tried to contact room service several times using the room phone, but unfortunately, no one answered during the entire stay, which was strange and inconvenient. Another surprising moment happened after Friday Jumu’ah prayer — I couldn’t find my slippers, and after searching, I saw that one of the hotel staff members was wearing them and had used them to go to the toilet. While it may have been a misunderstanding, it was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I escalated the issue to the hotel manager, who was very polite and understanding. He immediately took action by asking housekeeping to clean the room again and replace the pillow. However, this all happened on my last day, so it didn’t improve the full stay experience. Overall, while the location and shuttle service were great, the hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and internal communication to provide a better experience

Very rude and Poor management, rundown condition overall. Room service staff isn't helpful. Smelly rooms with dirty carpets and rundown furniture. Dirty washrooms, the shower area has mold on walls. Poor lighting in rooms. Reviewing after few hours... I hope and pray that would be all and nothing else comes up during our stay here. Avoid and upgrade to a better place if you've budget. Edit: The staff keep coming to your room, without calling. This is very frustrating and unsafe! 😡

We were moved to this hotel on the 1st of Ramadhaan 1445. We were originally booked in Le Meriden. This hotel was very dirty with cockroaches in every room. House keeping didn't make an effort and had to constantly be told what to do. The male in the reception was very rude and inconsiderate on the first few days. They weren't prepared to give us our extra beds and expected a family of 5 to sleep on a double bed as they had no availability. When I spoke to the Man in reception about the beds, he switched the phone off and refused to cooperate. Customer service should be a priority.
