I stayed at this hotel last February. The location was great, not too far from Al Haram, and the 24-hour shuttle buses made it convenient for prayer times — definitely a positive point. However, I faced some issues during my stay. The room wasn’t very clean, and the pillow didn’t feel fresh. I also tried to contact room service several times using the room phone, but unfortunately, no one answered during the entire stay, which was strange and inconvenient. Another surprising moment happened after Friday Jumu’ah prayer — I couldn’t find my slippers, and after searching, I saw that one of the hotel staff members was wearing them and had used them to go to the toilet. While it may have been a misunderstanding, it was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I escalated the issue to the hotel manager, who was very polite and understanding. He immediately took action by asking housekeeping to clean the room again and replace the pillow. However, this all happened on my last day, so it didn’t improve the full stay experience. Overall, while the location and shuttle service were great, the hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and internal communication to provide a better experience
