El que me recibió en la mañana fue muy mal empleado. Dijo que hay que pagar 1000 pesos para entrar a la habitación antes de las 2. Luego me pidió 1500 por seguro SEO Luego me negué y él tomó mi pasaporte y lo detuvo. El empleado que llevaba gafas fue arrogante conmigo. Mientras que por la noche la señora fue muy elegante y el caballero que trabajaba en el turno de las 6 de la tarde fue respetuoso. Además, el empleado de limpieza de la habitación fue muy educado.

The location was perfect; we were within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do. Each room in NNS feels homey and very cozy, that's why my cousin don't want to go home. But what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional staff. We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Jayson and Ms. Nicole for their warm smiles and assistance with our luggage. Mrs. Donna deserves special recognition for her engaging personality and ability to connect with us on a personal level, making us feel truly welcome. A huge thank you also goes out to the housekeeping team, Mr. Peter and Mr. Wayne, for their efficient and friendly service in getting us settled into our room. We also want to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Angelo and Mr. Aldin from the GY shift for their prompt and helpful responses to our requests. Finally, a big thank you to Mr. Ronnel and Mrs. Jean for their outstanding contributions to our overall experience. stayed here for 4 nights and feel very safe and secured as there was security 24/7. Staff are very friendly and is located quite near makati avenue!! highly recommended
