Este hotel brindó los mejores servicios del personal con una habitación limpia y grande. Son muy educados y serviciales. Verdades de desayuno y libre circulación de bebidas sin alcohol servidas en el salón. La ubicación es muy buena con muchos centros comerciales rodeando la zona. Makati es una zona muy segura para caminar. Estoy muy feliz durante mi estadía y definitivamente elegiré este hotel nuevamente.

The place is perfect for people who prefers in a commercial center. Huge room so I really like it. The front desk with a blond hair failed to inform me that the toothbrush, hair dryer and slipper is by request when it was included in advertisement. Housekeeping took time to bring my toothbrush, slipper and hair blower that I have to call the front desk for the second time, based on what I observed, the housekeeping is good as I even spoke with them, I think the front desk needs proper training other than the front desk I can say I like the place. Hopefully when I go back the Front Desk know how to deliver excellent customer service. I cannot even read the WIFI password as her handwritten is not really good, I need to ask the blond hair front desk about what she wrote. She was busy chatting with her co workers instead of doing her job.

An Excellent place for Business travelers. Firstly, my trip from the Airport to KL Executive was really FAST. From Terminal 1, the shuttle took the skyway and we arrived within 20 min. to be in the Middle of Makati City. Wonderful!!! Really appreciated the Greenery fronting the Property and most important is the Room. It is very CLEAN. It feels like a 5 Star Room under a Serviced Residence Category. The Movies are Free and the Surround Sounds is addictive.... The internet was surprisingly FAST. I have been travelling to Makati for 5 years now and this is the BEST Place I have ever Experienced for my Work... Thank you so much Dess and Joven for giving me such a warm welcome. For Food, the Restaurant on the Property, Nono's serves good pastries and very fresh Western Selection. I also tried the Japanese Restaurants near Pasong Tamo. it was really value for money compared to Greenbelt Area. I appreciate the location for allowing me to walk and explore different food selections.

Prime location, easy check-in, and the host is very hands-on too! Rockwell is just around the corner and you can buy all your basic needs in the grocery store on the ground floor. There are restaurants, hair and nail saloons, massage parlor, etc. The swimming pool and the kid's playground look amazing as well. Bring your own stick if you wish to play billiards! Oh, the washing machine was helpful as we stayed for a few days lol. I think the cockroach issue is a concern of the whole building because the room is clean but during the night, it seems that cockroaches are coming out from the shower drainage. They need to do a thorough pest maintenance.

Wifi rápido. Bonita vista a la calle desde la habitación. La habitación que reservé cuesta menos, por lo que no hay balcón para sentarse, solo un balcón para el compresor del aire acondicionado. Me encanta la lavadora porque tengo algunas camisetas que lavar. Se puede comprar detergente en el supermercado Savemore justo debajo del condominio. La habitación tiene sala de estar y cocina, pero yo no cociné. Bonita zona para alojarse. Necesitamos registrarnos y tomarnos fotos con el administrador en el lobby antes de subir a nuestra habitación, que está en el piso 19. 2-3 días antes de la llegada, les enviamos fotografías de nuestros pasaportes y recibimos una carta de autorización para quedarnos. Cuando llegamos, dijeron que todavía teníamos que registrarnos. Esperó bastante porque su computadora tuvo un problema y se reiniciaron y esa vez había más de 10 invitados. Piscina en el octavo piso y debes pagar 150 pesos por persona para usarla. Respuesta muy rápida cada vez que envío un correo electrónico al anfitrión. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

Dos cosas realmente, antes de empezar, he estado en dos hoteles Somerset, este y uno en Kuala Lumpur, ambos son fabulosos, la elección de apartamento que he ido por dos veces es como una segunda casa, cocina incluyendo lavavajillas y polvo, microondas, ¡Área de comedor, hermosa cama suave, ducha presiónada, casa de casa. Piscina excelente y increíblemente limpia. Mis preguntas fueron al desayuno se le dijo en 09.15am que la estación de huevos estaba fuera de acción debido al hecho de que el hotel había salido de huevos! To have the audacity to suggest should’ve run to the local store to buy some was met with disbelief. The breakfast was hugely Asian, the KL hotel cated for all tastes. As an Englishman, I like eggs on toast, not too much to ask! En segundo lugar, todo el personal le saludará y le dará la bienvenida a usted con amableza, que es hermoso, pero también debe tener contenido - el segundo desayuno que me iba a las 5:00 y así se le pidió un sandwich envasado, El hotel es un hotel muy bonito, pero tiene un sentido común y algunos quieren servir al cliente.
