Disgusting hotel! Don't go by the pictures on their website, we got fooled based on that. On Google this is a 3 star hotel. I have no idea how they are a 3 star, because it does not have even one quality of a 3 star. For the price that they are charging, it is so badly kept. It's like a oyo room. Why would any one want to spend so much on a oyo type of room? There are cleaning things all over the corridors, rooms are so bad, bad bathrooms and nothing works. There was a horrible smell in both our rooms but they just wouldn't accept it. We had booked it for two nights. We just couldn't stay there. Since we reached late the first night, we had to adjust and stay but we decided to checkout immediately in the morning even though we wouldn't get refund, decided to extend our stay at the next hotel we had booked in north goa. In fact that was also a 3 star, Ramada vagator and we were stunned as soon as we got there. It was so luxurious and so so neat... Thats why I don't understand how longuinhos calls themselves a 3 star. Any way, they should call themselves a budget hotel if they are continue this way,not a 3 star. Also kindly don't go by the pictures posted by them.

I have booked in the mid of September 2024. The part of the resort is under renovation. The resort is based at best location. The house keeping staff and the hotel staff is very co-operative. I have booked this stay for a very special occasion and ordered an in house cake from chef Silvyy. The case tasted awesome means it was made from natural fruits. Also , informed housekeeping staff to decorate the room, and the same was done peacefully as per my suggestions. The vegetarian food is tasty but its very very costly and the quantity is very less as compared to the cost. The hotel management specially the old uncle at the reception doesn't know the way to talk to customers. Ha has behaved very rudely. I have booked this resort before 2-3 months i.e. well in advance and requested specially for 1st floor room. However, after placing so much requests also we were given ground floor room and the people checkin on the same day after us, they were given 1st floor rooms of the same category. There's no system of early checkin but you get checkin late even after reaching early. During our entire stay, we continuously placed complaints for wifi not working, however, the reception old guy told us that the wifi is not included in your package and the same is complimentary, so it can work or not. So all days during our stay wifi was not available. Also there's network issue in rooms. The parking spaces doesn't have a shade so the vehicles gets heated so much that we were not able to sit in the vehicle for atleast 10-15 mins and we used to on the AC and keep the doors open for the hot air to move out. Parking was really a task at the resort as the night security guards didn't know the way to talk.

The rooms and stay were good, although there were several issues. The staff was not very friendly. Our group consisted of 15 people, yet even after the check-in time, there was a lot of confusion among the staff. Room service was very poor. The front area of the resort had a strong, unpleasant odor. They close the gate to the beach by 7 PM, and after that, the return route to the resort is unsafe and unhygienic. Additionally, the pool is not accessible after 7 PM. The internet does not work, which was highly inconvenient.

Our stay was very good. We would like to commend the housekeeping staff, namely Somaru & Seema for their very efficient and responsive service at all times. Caspery at Loca Restaurant was very caring. Suggestions: A Safe in the room is required Taste of Breakfast dishes needs considerable improvement The beach gate should be opened till 9pm by the security when requested. I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but my recent stay at Longuinhos Beach Resort was deeply disappointing and worth sharing to caution others. Goa is our annual Christmas retreat, and this year marked our 6th visit to the beach paradise. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. 1. Check-In Chaos: Despite requesting early check-in for our anniversary on December 25th, we weren’t accommodated. Arriving at 11:30 am, we were told to return by 1:30 pm, only to find the entire front desk staff on a lunch break! After waiting 45 minutes, we finally got our room at 2:15 pm still not prepared adequately. 2. Room Issues: The premium Room #500, their costliest option, had water leakage, a noisy Jacuzzi, and a non-functional bathroom TV. Daily fruit bowls were promised but delivered only once with overripe bananas. 3. Service Gaps: On Day 2, room service forgot to replace towels and coffee sachets, sending an excessive bowl of supplies when we only asked for a few sachets. 4. Checkout Disaster: Our flight was delayed, and we requested an extended checkout. The front desk manager rudely declined, citing full bookings which was untrue, as rooms were reportedly available. Worse, he mentioned he had to sweep floors due to staff shortages, an excuse that reflects poor management, not our responsibility. We spent hours in common areas with a restless 6-year-old, leaving us with a sour end to our stay. When you pay a premium price, basic services and courtesy should be a given. Sadly, Longuinhos Beach Resort failed to deliver on both. If you’re considering staying here, beware you might end up paying top dollar for subpar service and a lackluster experience.
