Hoteles en Maiori con Bar

Vivimos del 13 al 16 de agosto con mi novio. La ubicación es perfecta, a 4 pasos del mar y de todas las comodidades (por qué hemos alojado en usted). La estructura es un poco fechada, sería un poco modernizada, hecho algunos trabajos de mantenimiento (porque es un 4 estrellas) pero todo lo que se refiere a la habitación no es hermosa, cómoda y muy fresca. El desayuno normal, al final había muchas opciones, pero sólo conocidas las cornetas que eran pequeñas, nunca calientes y duras. En cuanto a la limpieza, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, pero lamentablemente, debo decir que se hicieron en horarios “constantes”. Ayer estuvimos en la habitación descansando (que era alrededor de las 14) y nos golpearon porque tenían que limpiar y así nos obligaron a ponernos en el terraza (perguntábamos si podían pasar a las 15 porque mi novio estaba dormido y, por supuesto, Dijeron que no había problema). El estacionamiento está convencido, justo al lado de la estructura con un costo de 15€ al día y aquí tengo que hacer una crítica (aunque, por supuesto, el hotel no tiene culpa). Mi novio tenía que trabajar hoy y ayer le dijimos al estacionador que pusiera el coche para que pudiéramos dejar la estructura a las 7 de la mañana. Nos bajamos pero había una camioneta de estacionamiento en la parte delantera, volvimos a los hoteles para pedirle que la moviera (es un estacionamiento público y, como he entendido, las llaves de los que viven en las instalaciones adyacentes, se dejan en el mirador. ) En el hotel sólo había un guardia, no había aparcamiento, no había propietario, nada. Mi novio intentó moverla, pero no se quemó, tenía la batería descargada. Ni siquiera sabían a quién llamar, ni siquiera sabían quién era el dueño del auto. Moral de la fabulosa tomamos el sitio a las 8 de la noche, dejando el coche en Maiori y nos dijeron que a las 9 de la noche el coche debía ir (y a las 8:30 debíamos estar en casa). No creo que sea una situación normal, porque esta noche tenemos que volver a recoger el coche. Obviamente, lo repito, no fue culpa de la albergo.

Nueva y Angela nos sirvieron para el desayuno la mayoría de las mañanas y fueron muy amables y nada era un problema. La zona de piscina es atractiva con vistas al mar y terrazas. Nuestra habitación se limpió dos veces al día. Qué más puedo decir! Esta era una vacación que nunca olvidaremos.

The outside of this property does need serious attention to improve the appearance. The inside is typical of many Italian hotels. Traditional in appearance, but very clean. Warm welcome, and we were shown to our room and helped with our luggage. Our apartment looked very clean throughout and had a freshly cleaned smell about it. It was really well equipped with a fridge/freezer, full-size cooker, and hob. The bed was seriously comfortable. There was no aircon in the bedroom, but there was a ceiling fab. Being October, we were fine without air-conditioning, and there is air-conditioning in the lounge, if needed. The hotel is on a busy road down to the coast, but as our bedroom was at the rear of the apartment, we were not disturbed by any road noise when sleeping. Local supermarket just down the road and about 10 minutes walk to the seafront. Personally, apart from the person who checked us in, we didn't find the reception staff very interactive. They never looked up if you walked past, and we were never asked if everything was okay or had we had a nice day, etc. Even when asking for our passports back, they were just handed over, with no further engagement, which I have not experienced before in any hotel. Overall, though, our stay was adequate. Maiori restaurant menus, being a town with lots of local fisherman, are very fish and seafood focused. If you do not like one or both of these, apart from pizza and some pasta dishes, you may struggle to find sufficient menu options. We found nowhere offering chicken dishes, only one offering lamb, pork, etc. It's just something to be aware of if choosing Maiori as your holiday destination.

A fairly pleasant hotel, this is ruined by the restaurant opposite hosting weddings/parties until 1-2am a number of nights each week during the summer. The music is unbearably loud and makes sleep impossible, even with doors shut and air conditioning on. Unfortunately this is not limited to weekends. They have managed to make Amalfi feel like Benidorm, when ABBA is blasting into your hotel room at 2am. The pool area is nice enough, the view spectacular. Rooms are dated and bathrooms cramped. It’s the sort of shower that when you turn around, you hit the temperature gauge. €50 for two people to have breakfast is obscene. Better options in Maiori, especially considering the price point.

Maiori is a wonderful town with the Amalfi Coast vibe, but not as busy and crowded as Positano and Amalfi. The location of the hotel is perfect because you are within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops and about a 10min walk from the ferry terminal. The ferry is very convenient and fast when traveling in between towns, for example Amalfi and Positano. Can't say the same thing about the bus system, very unreliable. The hotel is clean and updated. Nothing fancy. They offer a pool with 2 diving boards, and they also have a reserved beach area across the street. Umbrellas and chairs must be rented from the hotel for $16 for a full day (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) or $30 for half day. They also provided a breakfast buffet with an omelet station, fruit, yogurt, cheese, bread, etc. The staff is very helpful and did their best to make us feel welcome. Hands down would stay here again on another trip!

Would never stay here again. The rooftop pool was closed and they sent us to a dodgy old hotel block and pool 2 blocks away which I could not comprehend as we paid for a rooftop pool and were never told prior to visiting that it was closed in peak season!! they refused to give us glasses so we could enjoy wine in own room because we might throw them out the window (like 5 year old children). The room was hot when we arrived as they didn't turn the air conditioning on. Our bags were not left in a secure location as we checkin early, simply put in a hallway behind reception where anyone could access them. The staff we not friendly and they did not seem to understand why we would be upset. this hotel needs to learn basic service and hospitality

We had only one day in Maiori, but this hotel was amazing! Their breakfast is really filling, and the woman and the man helping there were soo nice! The man even dropped all the water bottles he was carrying to literally carry my suitcase down. He also made my family coffee, and the location is also only a 5 minute walk to the beach and ferry dock. There were also good restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a good and comforting stay. ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️
