From the front of the hotel at first view I was a little taken back thinking it didn't look 4 star, however once inside it looked much better. Greeted early hours of the morning with meals waiting if you required one. Absolutely loved my stay there. The staff were very warm and welcoming and all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even learned our names within the short stay. They even went out of their way to speak to you outside the hotel. Was happy with the room. It was a good size and very clean. Had a shop, salon/barbers, burger bar, ice cream bar and Turkish spa on site. Used them all and was very pleased. The barber was very accommodating and helpful. Such a warm, friendly personality. The Turkish spa was amazing and was very comfortable there. The massage therapists were extremely knowledgeable and receive top marks from myself and my friend. The manager is a chiropractor and I had the most amazing massages from him. Being a sports therapist I usually find myself being on edge after some treatments abroad, but definitely not in this case. I would highly recommend these treatments. They work with you as individuals and treatments are given to suit your needs. I honestly didn't want to leave. I have never stayed in such a warm, friendly and helpful hotel. The only improvement I would suggest is the food choices. There was not much choice at meal times, and when staying all inclusive it is very repetitive. Although the food place next door was really good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Stayed here the end of September, and would not return. Food was the same at lunch and dinner, no tickets to let you no what the dishes were. Snack time was cold burgers no chips or anything just cold burger. Rooms were not cleaned they literally folded the sheet up and put it on the end of the bed. The other guests were not very welcoming of the British and very extremely rude. Out of the whole 7 days I was there I ate once!

The rooms in the hotel are very dirty, the bathroom smells of mold and it is everywhere. The sheets are dirty. The food is terrible, the same thing every day, cold. The service is intrusive. The bartender convinced all the available girls to go to a party in his town, he showed pictures that you will take us to this place and I refused, so he didn't even want to make drinks. I am disgusted. The entrance to the sea is very dangerous, there are a lot of slippery rocks, because of which my friend sprained her leg. The sun does not come out to the pool until about 1 p.m. I do not recommend it.

joly turdan 2024 kurban bayramında 5 gün konaklama aldığımız otelin kapasitesinin tatil yapmaya yeterli olmadığını dehşetle izledik.bu otele giderseniz yanınıza içmek su ,temizlik için sleepy yer havlusu ,yemek için erzak ,mümkünse elektrik süpürgesi, pawerbank vs almanız gerekir.ilk gün odanın pisliği ni görünce joly tur görevlisi ni aradık temizlik yapılacak demesine karşın resepsiyondan kat görevimiz yok ertesi gün yapılacak cevabı aldık.joly tur görevlisi hüseyinbey ertesi gün aradı odanızda detaylı temizlik yapıldı dedi odaya çıktım baktım yine hüsran ,odalar oldukça pis ,yatak altları inanılmaz tüy ve topak dolu ,dolap kapıları kırık (düşmesin diye sıkıştırdım),tv kablosu kopuk yaptım kumanda pili yok satınaldım busefer sadece yabancı kanal dolu ,kasa ücretli,buzdolabı boş (bari su olsa), ikinci gün bağrış larla uyandık elektrik kesintisi yüzünden asansörde kalan mı istersin ,yemek alırken cep telefonu ışığı ile yemek almaya çalışamı , yemek derken tabak bulamadık yemeği bırakıp tabak sırasına girdik şükür tabak lar geldi yemek bitmişti,havuz başında dinlenirken tc vatandaş ı kimi görsem cep tlf elinde oda değişme hatta fark verip mümkünse oteli değiştirme için uzun konuşmalar yapılıyordu,hergün aynı yemek ,hergün aynı kahvaltı (salatalık ,domates bile artık beni bırakın ben kendim çöpe giderim modunda ) Allah'tan otelin karşısında market ler var.ben ilk defa ultra herşey dahil denip su bile bulundurmayan otel bunu gördüm.sahil kum çakıl ama girilen yer yosun ve kayalık.doktor ofisi var ama doktor yok ama kapısı açık herkes kendi tedavisini yapıyor.sahil de kayıp düşen havuzda başını çarpan çarpana.koridorlar halı ve çok kötü,bebek arabası sıkıntı olabilir asansör var ama heryerde rampa yok,animasyon 3 gün boyunca bozuk mikrofon uüzünden sabotaj edildi 4 gün sonunda yeni mikrofon alındı karaoke yaparak kutladık.güvenlik görevlisi olmadığı için koca adamlar çocuk havuzunda ,gece havuz kenarında futbol oynayanlar vs . cocuk lu ve ailece gidilecek bir otel kesinle değil.joly tur un kendi sitesindeki yorumlara sakın kanmayın hep yalan benim sakın aldanıp ta mağdur olmayın.

It was terrible. they dont leave a paper cloth, i need to ask in reception. they leave us used Toothbrushes and paste in our room. they are not cleand. burgers and ice cream after lunch are rationed. it was terrible experience

I like the area is very convenient to the beach ,restaurants .
