Prestige Alanya ( Ex. Euphoria Comfort Beach Alanya )

As someone who has visited Turkey for the first time and Asia as a whole, this hotel has most certainly left a great impression on me. The activities are incredibly fun to participate in and far from boring, where talented and hard working multilinguistic animators can make the most out of every activity, especially the charismatic and handsome Aytaç 💪. Not to mention that animators don't necessarily feel like a staff but rather like a family, every single one of them is very friendly and nice to talk to and can definitely help you out with whatever it is you need. I've deeply enjoyed daily activities such as elimination darts, volleyball, lader golf and the huge organized events that take place every once in a while, be it a heavily active and funny bingo game with rewards, acrobatic dancers or a trip to the wonderful Havana club. Everything is very professionally organized and nice. Animators really go out of their way to make everything as entertaining as possible. I have been to more expensive hotels that weren't as interesting simply because the staff couldn't care less about entertaining the guests, however I am pleasantly surprised how this hotel despite everything does all they can in order to keep everyone happy and they never fail at that. The pool is pretty big, clean and has some nice slides, rarely gets crowdy and everyone has plenty of space to swim in, not to mention that there's a beach nearby with very transparent and salty water where you can frequently play volleyball with other people. There's also a mini kebab bar next to the pool. Alcohol is also nice and quickly delivered. Food is entirely up to one's preference. Very nice and addictive coffee. This place is also amazing for meeting new friends which I've made a lot of in this hotel in particular. I deeply hope that animators never change because they are the soul of this place and hotel doesn't feel the same without them. This hotel has definitely been an unforgettable experience and I recommend it to everyone, not just families with children but also people who plan to come alone or with a friend. I am looking forward to visiting this wonderful place again!

The adult on the miniclub where kind and caring to the children, the kids would go there everyday and play with them. Good activities for children. Good hotel for families.

Aytaç is very good animator funny and helpfuel. Great party maker. Havana night trip very nice close to bech big room comfortable and very cleen restaurant and good food👌mini disco every day. Good place for children. Nice beach and handsome animator Aytaç💋

The hotel is located in a nice residential area with lots of shops, cafeterias and restaurants. The staff is extremely polite, the animation team takes care of the entertainment and the food is delicious. A very good value for money and a place to relax.

- food is terrible. if you’re english and even a little fussy you’ll struggle here, i’ve never been anywhere with so much choice but it’s all horrible. seems to be no frier in the dining area so there’s no chips or anything like that. maybe they cater to different peoples tastes ? even simple things like chocolate sauce tastes like cardboard !! also if they have one nice thing (the ice cream) you have to queue for AGES and people push in or one guy asked for 9! 9 ice creams, and they gave him them! - wine is disgusting if wine is your drink of choice choose another hotel!! - queues for lifts as there’s only a couple of lifts for the whole building and you can only have 4 people in a lift - bottled water comes in 330ml plastic bottles so you need like 6 a day, seems a waste of plastic - also the cups are single use plastic and the pool bar plates - some reviews are written with a member of staff there so feel obliged to leave a good review - not many british people, not an issue for us but if you wanted to chat with english speaking people more then this isn’t the place for you - sun loungers always bagsied early at pool so always end up on chairs as not enough loungers

British avoid at all costs! Me and my partner travelled here with our 5 month old baby and it was an awful stay. Reception staff extremely rude and unhelpful, our room was dirty and the bathroom drain smelt like someone had been to the toilet in it, the smell was that bad that it would stink the full room out unless the bathroom door was closed. We asked for a room change and the lady on reception acted like she had no idea what I was saying and basically just told us to deal with it but she would send a cleaner up to put a cleanser through the drain, which didn’t work and the smell was back within hours. Kettles don’t come standard with a room which iv never heard of before, this was a nightmare as we needed a kettle to make the baby’s bottles. We had to wait 2 hours for a kettle to become available, which by that point we had a very hungry baby. Beds are standard however no proper bedding on beds only the rough blanket which goes on the bottom of the bed. Hotel is full of Russians who are extremely rude, there isn’t much catered for the English especially the food. Food was the same thing over and over and definitely low standard for a supposed 5 star. This area of Alanya is all quite ran down - it’s about 10 mins drive into the more local area and this was a lot better - however the usual of being dragged into shops when you don’t want to and then being hauled abuse when you refuse to buy anything. This hotel is a 2-3 star at most - definitely not a 5 star family holiday, think it needs a good deep clean and a renovation and maybe get some kettles that you don’t have to put money down for - little things like this you expect at a 5 star hotel. Wouldn’t return.
