Horrible, avoid at all cost 1- A bunch of cowboys that take your money and leave you to suffer with little or no services 2-I've spent my first night in a room with no heating no hot water and blocked toilet 3-changed to another room after complaining to the people there which has faulty TV (the TV size less than my monitor) and no hot water 4-after four days of arguing and finely threatening to call the police they agreed to fix the boiler the next day 5-the bathroom ceiling was dripping water and multiple yellow stain were all over it 6-bottom line my stay there was like staying in a prison cell and it was a big mistake from my side to book there If there was a negative rating scale I would give it to this hotel
