Amazing staff!! Perfect for the kids!! Kids club, heated indoor pool, lots of outside pools and a waterpark. Entertainment is brilliant for children at night with discos and during the day kids club with different acitivies for a range of age groups

The Kids club and animation team are absoloutly fantastic! They are so patient and brilliant with the children. My son has learning difficulties and struggles with communication so i thought there would be a big struggle with there being a bit of a language barrier but i had nothing to worry about. They always have a smile on their faces and spring in their step. My kids love going to kids club and playing with Mi-mi (pictured with my daughter) she is an absoloute superstar! She's always there with a big smile ready for some fun! Theres so much to do you never run out of having fun! When ever ive had to step out or just need 5minutes i know they are safe and well taken care of. I would highly recommend going down for a visit with your little ones if you're staying at the resort.

Whole hotel dated & run down. Looks nothing like the pictures provided, they must have been taken 20 years ago when the four stars were awarded. The whole place genuinely looks as though it was abandoned for years and has only recently reopened with very little maintenance done in between. I would struggle to give the hotel 2 stars after our stay. Hotel review: Front door smashed and missing. Whole hotel dated & run down. Very rude, abrupt, patronising & short tempered man on reception. Broken tiles & stained floors everywhere. Feral cats sleeping on indoor furniture & begging at your feet during meal service. We found one sleeping on our bed after the cleaner had been. My wife is allergic so this is a cleanliness & safety issue also. The room is dated & run down. Rickety, old furniture & curtains hanging off rails. Shower & bidet both leaked onto the floor. We had to share a bath plug with fellow guests. Massive cockroaches seen in the hallway outside our room. Discarded mattresses seen on the hotel roof out of windows in the hallway. Cleaner let herself into our room without knocking whilst I was using the bathroom. She saw me & threw a towel on the floor and left. We saw one man standing on a window ledge three stories up cleaning a window with no safety equipment. All outdoor facilities were shut except the main pool. No waterpark, bars/restaurants or terraces open outside. Main pool was dirty & slimy with missing tiles. My daughter cut her feet on several occasions. The pool cleaner kept asking me to go in & fetch leaves from the bottom for him. He took four or five days to do a job I could have done in half a day. And it was still slimy. The lifeguard had to spend time moving between both pools, often couldn't be seen at all, & sat around on his phone if he was there at all. Sun-beds covered in bird poo. Umbrellas held up with rusty nails, some had nothing to hold them up. The walkways around the pool were left covered in mud from the gardeners who were laying turf. The indoor pool also has missing tiles, slime running down the walls, plants growing in the ceiling, limescale covered dirty windows & dated unsightly shower facility. The floor was always wet & dangerously slippery. The floors around the hotel are constantly wet from mopping, not a wet floor sign in sight. They are dangerously slippery. We all nearly slipped over constantly. My wife is heavily pregnant & if she slipped over this would be a huge safety issue. The mops they use to clean the floors smell bad. The food is bland, often cold & had very little selection. There is a microwave to reheat your food. Bread often stale. There would be food left on the floor in the morning from the dinner service the night before. Some foods not consumed in the previous service was often re-served at the next one. Canteen smells horrible when open. Often no food service between meals leading to having to buy snacks at the overpriced shop, which often had no change availa

It was everything we needed it to be. The rooms were great and cleaned daily. All the staff were friendly and humorous. Made us laugh. The food was varied, not for everyone’s taste but was always something available. The aqua park was great. They have a pirate ship with slides which the kids loved. Staffed well and kept people safe. Not everything was open for us til day 4 due to the time of year but they have a great outdoor pool and the indoor pool was like walking into a bath. They have children’s entertainment, 2 pool tables, ping pong. Outside they have music, a basketball hoop which we enjoyed. A small play park area. Excursion options, our teens enjoyed the quad biking(£30 each). The beach was on our doorstep. Manned by a security person for everyone’s safety. No issues to report at all regarding staff or hotel itself. The only unfortunate thing about our holiday were some of the guests who were rude to the staff. As a visitor and foreign to the country I was ashamed and embarrased of how some of the British people behaved.

Lovely quite trip just before peak season, hotel big and clean, food not amazing but animation team brilliant with kids. Would defo return but in peak time as all facilities will be open. Would recommend more than a week stay as not long enough

Absolutely was amazing for the price.food ,staff,animation was so funny. Recommend Bar working 24hours ,teritory is very nice Hope to come back soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon
