Hotel Nour Palace Resort & Thalasso Mahdia

Wonderful hotel! Various animations for adults and children during the day and in the evening. The animators were very friendly. Special thanks to Hamma who made our holiday so special. During the day we took advantage of many sports attractions: volleyball, football, golf, archery, and many others. Everyone will definitely find something for themselves. The hotel provides a variety of buffets, so I could choose something different every day. Additionally, we enjoyed an a'la card dinner, which took place on a beautiful terrace with a view. The service cleans the rooms every day. I recommend room 5161, which has a beautiful view of the sea. It is available for an additional fee. The beach is clean and friendly. I recommend taking advantage of the attractions on the beach, which are to the right of the exit. They cooperate with the hotel, so you are insured. The swimming pool area is cleaned every morning. They check the pH of water and clean the pool. The lifeguards help to bring mattresses, for which I am grateful to them. It is also worth mentioning the bartenders who checked if we needed anything by the pool and during the show. Thank you to the entire hotel service for the holiday!

Highlights of the hotel: - Very clean and well maintained: every day from the early morning and through the day the cleaning personnel works hard to maintain everything. Outdoor green grounds are also well looked after. - Caring waiters: our group had a table reserved every day with a choice of cold drinks like water, beer or wine. Waiters always smiled to us. - Stunning beach: it is a sandy one with big colourful shells and there is a fantastic view on Mahdia town. - SPA complex: we chose the full pack of treatments and had access to the sea salt indoor pool during the session. Needs improvement: - Animation team: not sure where all the positive feedback come from as nether the team was friendly or engaging, neither shows any special, all very similar and repetitive. Something to note: - Didn’t fully match the description: the bowling was not working and the bar next to the beach entrance either and that was a shame as we were quite looking forward to both of them. We have been advised they will be open in around a week’s time. Overall, I am giving 4-star rating as some pros do massively outweigh cons.
