Taj hotels doesnt need any further introduction. This was my second stay here. Outstanding experience,top class hospitality, delightful & satisfying food. Right from the security gate to spa what an amazing experience altogether! Satya, Tanulima, Emiley,Priyani, Vitthal, Jessica,at the restaurant; ChefDinesh Giri & Chef Singh in the kitchen; while Abhishek, Aman,Akshay at housekeeping; Shalin, Shivang,Manisha, at front desk. We felt like home away from home. Cooperative, comforting, relaxing in every way. I thank the entire team of IHCL Fountain.

I was here to celebrate my wife's birthday with my daughter. The property provides a very calm and secluded experience away from the chaos of the city. Trupti and Supriya were super helpful during check-in, check-out and offered us the room upgrade at reception which made us delighted. Housekeeping staff Aman and Tejaswini went out of their way to accommodate special request that I made for my wife's birthday celebration. They decorated the room, offered a complimentary cake and a cute gift for my daughter that made our stay and celebration more memorable. All staff had a smile on their faces throughout! Overall, a wonderful stay.

Manisha at the front desk deserves special mention for meticulously coordinating every aspect of our stay—from room allocation to special requests—so that everything went smoothly without us having to worry about a thing. Priyanka’s care at restaurant during dinner for our three-year-old son was remarkable; she kept him happily engaged and safe throughout the day, which allowed us, as parents, to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Breakfast each morning was a delight thanks to Sneha, who not only served us promptly and cheerfully but also kept an eye on our little one, offering him suitable options and ensuring he was comfortable all through the meal. Dinner was equally special, with soothing live music adding a magical atmosphere and making our evenings feel truly special and family-friendly. Across departments—housekeeping, restaurant, and front office—the consistent warmth and dedication to guest comfort made the wonderful staff the true highlight of our stay. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing a calm space to relax after a day out. The breathtaking valley view from our sitting area was the star attraction, especially at sunset, when the hills were bathed in golden and pink tones, turning every evening into a picture-perfect moment.
