Au Coeur de Magog B&B

This B&B was everything it advertised and more! Lovely, quiet room, beautiful gardens and fabulous gourmet breakfast. Centrally located in Magog to shopping, restaurants, trails, wineries/distilleries and so on. The hosts, Nicole and Michele were friendly, bilingual, responsive to any requests and a wonderful resources for guiding our travels while in the eastern townships. I can’t wait for my next trip and will stay again at this excellent B&B.

This B&B in the middle of the main road, across the street from St. Patrice catholic church had charm and provided luxury and friendly ambiance. We had a private Queen size room with private bath and private entrance. The very clean and comforatable room & furnishings offered us comfort and more than you'd expect eg. slippers and robes for you to use. We were able to sit on the couch facing the TV and relax after the ride from USA. We spoke with the owners at length and took their recommendation for dinner at Alessa's which didn't disappoint. We went to breakfast in the main part of the home which was bountiful with personalized care. It started with fresh Orange juice in champagne glasses. Mini sweet potato and mini blueberry muffin were topped with fresh cranberry. They were moist and delicious. Next Nicole brought out a cheese board and dry toast sticks. What a choice! Michel was the chef for our main course cooked to perfection- eggs over easy and limp bacon for me while my hubby had fried egg whites and crisp bacon. My plate was adorned with fresh fruit (no strawberries due to their asking about any allergies upon our arrival). Exquisite presentation. The table was set with pretty tea cups but she brought my decaf coffee out in a pretty mug instead....all matching of course. There was one other couple in the dining room at breakfast time. Loved this place and the people there.

What a lovely little B and B! We stayed in the suite Memphré for 2 nights. It was perfect for 3 ladies, as we each had our own bed. The breakfasts were fabulous! Five courses served by Nicole, the charming co-owner, who provided lovely chatter and lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit. The food was delicious, each course a work of art, lovingly prepared by chef and co-owner Michel. The location is ideal, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We spent one night in Magog, at this wonderful B & B. Our room (the Merry Room) was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. A block up from the town and all the restaurants and shops. We ate at a micro-brewery and were not disappointed. The breakfast.........to say it was the best B & B breakfast experience, would be an understatement. Michel made a 5 course breakfast for us, that was absolutely wonderful. We hope to visit again!!

WOW WOW WOW… Mon conjoint et moi sommes des adeptes de Bed & Breakfast depuis des années et pensions avoir déjà trouvé le nec + ultra. Mais NON… Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise ces deux dernières journées. Voir texte et photo ci-joints. Excellent gîte. J'y reviens au moins une fois l'an. Je ne suis jamais déçue. Nicole et Michel sont comme de vieux amis qu'on a le plaisir de retrouver. La chambre est propre, le lit très confortable et les petits déjeuners sont un plaisir renouvelé pour le palais. Je le recommande chaudement. Diane
