Localización inmejorable. A 2 minutos de la plaza mayor y 5 de la puerta del sol. Zona tranquila y sin ruido. Apartamento pequeño y con lo básico.Hay un super justo en la esquina. Limpieza correcta. Personal atento. Si volvemos al centro repetiremos.

Me encanto. Un departamento muy cómodo, nuevo y decorado con buen gusto. El personal es muy atento y la localización muy céntrica pero sin ruidos de la calle. Tener un supermercado cerca es un plus también. Lo que se echa de menos es algunas cosas básicas de la cocina (aceite, sal..) unas almohadas más gruesas y un armario para la ropa más cómodo de usar.

Un lugar con una muy buena ubicación. Cerca de todo. Se puede ir andando a muchos sitios emblemáticos de Madrid. Tiene todo lo necesario si quieres preparar un desayuno o comida Muy limpio. Personal muy atento. Me volvería a hospedar allí. Gracias

Pros-Excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby and close to metro yet the street where the hotel located is very quiet. Our beds were very comfortable. A special shout out to JJ who greeted us warmly and took time to give us tips and lots of good suggestions on where to eat. In fact, he printed out a sheet with all the attractions and restaurants near the hotel. The kitchen has almost everything you need to make a meal. We ate out mostly except for breakfast. Cons- The bathroom could be cleaner.

Clean, well-appointed - and importantly for such a central location in 'mucha marcha' Madrid - relatively quiet! Very handy for most main attractions. Friendly, helpful staff - JJ, Ana and the other young man whose name I didn't catch. Muchisimas gracias

Good location. Nice staff. Nice kitchenette well equipped. No facilties & there was work on the road during our stay, wish we were told before. This is an apartment lodge, and it is well maintained. More light is needed in the bathroom. It was a nice short stay.

Had a little trouble finding this Apartment. But once there the gentleman who greeted us was very nice and informative. Apartment was great. However please note there is some pots, pans, tea bags, salt and a little sugar in the apt. Decent for two people. Great Location. We did not eat in the apartment. Please keep in mind as a traveler if you want to eat in the apartment you will have to bring ALL your food/spices/oil/butter/dish soap, etc. Felt very safe. Code to get in door. For us it was great because we just slept there and drank the tea!

A lovely welcome on checking in. The room was excellent, very clean and a very comfy bed and pillows, had a great sleep. The apartment was stocked with everything you need i.e kettle, fridge, toaster etc and plenty of plug sockets which can often be sparce on previous apartments i've stayed in. Best of all was the location which was perfect for getting around, just behind the Plaza Mayor Square. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments and we will be back.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Properly equipped. Extremely well located. Perfect for a couple of days in Madrid. The only little drawback: the absence of international channels on the TV. A special mention to the staff at the reception. I left a little bag when I left the place and it appears Giangiacomo went out of his way to have it mailed to me. A big thank you!
