Love this hotel! We have stayed on this property many times over the years during our annual Black Friday shopping weekend. We have always found this hotel to be very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, a warm and welcoming entrance and an incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk staff (Thanks Lucy!) Convenient location close to great shopping and many dining options— Great value, highly recommend!

I’m reserving my review until after I find out if we will receive a reimbursement for having to pack up and change rooms our last night there and transfer to a much cheaper room than what we had booked due to the TV no longer functioning.

I was taking a little respite from my daily routine. I always like Country Inn’s. Rooms are large and cozy. Wonderful swimming pool. Pools need a little TLC and will be good. Dinner - Sadly I was not smart and adventure to the restaurant next door. Little pricey and extremely crowded on Friday nights because of its Fish Fry Special. Plus a little confusing on whether they took drop ins vs. reservations. Walking trails near by. Breakfast buffet. This buffet was average. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here when we were in town for a Baseball tournament. The complex was nearby, and the location was perfect. Check in was easy- we were able to check in early. The pool area is very nice and there is a nice outdoor patio where we had a pizza party from the pizzas we ordered at the bowling alley right across from the hotel. The pizzas were awesome! Breakfast was also included the following morning. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had a room rented for a couple of weeks for my stepfather’s 90th birthday bash. On the day I was to travel, my mother called and she was SO sick, and meanwhile, my stepfather was having problems with his back to where he could barely move! I phoned the hotel and Vick, the general manager, not only refunded me most of the price for my reservation, he informed me of the third party vendor with whom I made the reservation on line and could not recall, but he graciously answered there questions about his name, and his title, which the “title” they did not tell me about the first time I called. So, a total of 3 calls to Vick! I stay at this hotel every time I see my parents. It’s very close to our family home. I have reserved rooms before only as Amy Cardwell, but I got married and my last name changed to Laster. That did not matter to Vick. He just wanted to help me! Thank you, Vick!

The staff were very friendly and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool and the free breakfast was just right and a great bonus! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great stay that is right off the interstate.

Clean and comfortable visit once again. I keep coming back to this hotel. Its an easy drive to the UW campus. The breakfast is included, and i feel that there are plenty of nice options. There is a great restaurant across the parking lot-Quiveys.

Hotel is charging me for a night we didn't even stay at the hotel. I called 2 weeks prior to arrival and cancelled the first night. However, upon arrival, the hotel checked us into the room anyway and charged us. They have said multiple times they will credit us back yet 2 weeks later and it's still not done.

Visited Verona on Business and had a fantastic experience! The room was exceptionally clean room and friendly, accommodating Staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will definitely choose Country Inn and Suites by Radisson for additional travel.
