The property is a garage apartment with one bedroom that can be quickly made to two bedroom with a futon that is on the location. It is currently set up as a one bedroom with a living area with theater seating and TV with streaming capabilities. This apartment is very nice, clean, well kept, and comfortable inside. The property is only two years-old and perfect for Aggie Game Day stays or a quiet oasis getaway. Guests will have access to refrigerators, freezer, microwave, ice and outdoor kitchen with a high end grill. Owners are on location in a beautiful log home next door to the garage apartment.
