Hotel Restaurant 't Trefpunt

The hotel was lovely, we arrived late at night as our flight was delayed by 3 hour. At first our experience was nice as the hotel they called us at 10pm to check we were OK and if we had trouble finding the place. We checked in at 10.30pm the bar had just closed but the lady was nice and showed us how to use the vending machine sadly thats where our pleasent experience ended. The cleaners came at 8pm we were still sleeping so politely asked for them to come back later, when they did come back myself and my partner were getting ready to go out and not dressed we thought we would able to ask for towels at reception. Then we met (not so helping) Hans, I asked if I would be able to get some towels he scowled at me and said "the cleaners have gone for the day" (it was 2pm!) then he looked away and ignored me. Later he took a cigarette off my friend rudely despite there being ashtrays on the outside tables we were on. At this point it's good to know that we came as huge wedding party and apart from us the place was empty. The following day the same situation happened with the cleaners but we were getting ready for the wedding I asked the cleaners for towels and they gave them (unable to let them in to clean the room for a second day) Whilst waiting for the coach for coach to the wedding venue and realised we couldn't get a taxi to the airport so my friend (who new the owners) said the hotel should be able to arrange one for you, however I was met by the charming Hans once again and asked if he could arrange a taxi for us at 10.30am, he was again incredibly rude and said 'A taxi number is on the back of the door in your room you can call them" I explained that I was about to leave for the wedding and wouldnt be back until after midnight so I was a little panicked, looked away and said "call them after midnight then". (thankfully one of my friends had arranged a mini bus and there were 2 remaining seats. Additionally he shouted at my friend for trying to go into the breakfast room when her booking included breakfast. When we checked out (baring in mind the room not been cleaned the entire time in our 3 night stay as there was no one on reception to give our cards etc so we just left as the mini bus was leaving. Sadly when the groom checked out the following day helping Hans charged him £75 to clean mine and my partners room! Absolutely shocking!!! It wasn't cleaned once in 3 days it wasn't going to be immaculate. I reimbursed my friend but why charge him when they had my detail and emailed us that evening? I felt terrible for him. what a terrible experience we all had there avoid like the plague!!! Also things to know: The hotel has no iron so we had to buy one from a local store as it was a wedding so shirts and dresses needed ironing of obviously!!?? Some rooms don't have hairdryers and the ones that do are pointless that are from the 70's attached the bathroom walls I had to hang my head out of the windows and do what I could w

Wat een vreselijk onaardige en niet klantgericht hotel/restaurant. Geen wifi bereik op de kamer, geen tv zenders op de kamer, geen airco en na een stroomstoring waar we ons diner, wat inbegrepen zit bij het arrangement, niet vervolgen. Noodgedwongen ergens anders gaan eten maar er volgt geen compensatie in welke vorm dan ook. Nee niet de volgende dag. Want we hadden u nog gebeld (op de kamer en nee….we waren er niet) om 20.30 uur u had nog verder kunnen eten. Nou ik zeg nooit meer naar Hotel Trefpunt. Jammer hoor.

L'Hôtel est confortable avec des chambres spacieuses Le petit déjeuner à vonté et varié est parfait. Par contre, je n'ai pas apprécié le restaurant. Les plats sont bons, mais un peu chers. Par contre, on a choisi un filet de bar et le poisson était servi avec une sauce. Mais nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié que la sauce soit facturée en plus. Rien n'était indiqué sur le menu et personne ne nous avait prévenus.
