Very good budget hotel with very comfy beds.. My husband really liked his pillow and when I had booked I had seen an advert to buy an Ibis pillow but the hotel didn’t seem to know about this; it was shame as he said it was the best he’d ever had. Excellent overnight stays on our way south and on our return. Helpful staff, compact, quiet room, good shower. No smoking hotel and secure parking. We didn’t book enough in advance to get a double room on our way back so had to take a triple room. Drawback of this is that there is a third bunk bed over the pillows end of the large double so it was easy for my husband to bang his head and despite trying to be careful, he managed to give himself quite a bump. He isn’t even tall, only 5’ 7”. So book early.

Rude, arrogant, ******. Threatens to call a police, unless paying customers do not leave. Be very careful with this hotel!! Apparently on some evenings there is a guard with extra low IQ and knowledge of hospitality, who takes over the reception. We were unlucky enough to book this hotel after a long drive from Italy and on the same evening. When arrived, within 10 minutes he decided that our child has no right to be staying with us, and that we need to buy another room for her!!! No solution provided, either buy another room for a 4 years old, or get out and he will call a police otherwise!! Its 9PM, ok, we just paid for the room 10 minutes ago, so please refund we will go to another hotel!! Logical, no??... No, he decided to keep the money, because we have to cancel one day before the date of stay!!!! So we CAN book and pay within minutes of arrival, but we HAVE to cancel one day BEFORE the stay???? Cancellation has to be made one day before we paid for the hotel!! These people are petty criminals, they have no moral, no respect for clientele, no even basic training in hospitality. I know not all Ibis Budgets are the same, but this one particular is probably the worth in France!!! AVOID !!!

We wanted to spend the night here while on a long drive home from the south of France to the Netherlands. We called around 11:30 PM to inquire about availability for our family of 3. The person answering the phone said yes, no problem and confirmed the price we saw online. When we arrived, we had to reserve a room through a machine at the entrance. We entered "3 persons", but then the system offered us only a twin room. The person who had answered the phone was there, he told us he was only the security guard and not the receptionist. He said he supposed there would be a third bed in the room, since we had entered "3 persons". However, there was no way to check, because only after paying at the machine we would receive the room number and code to access the room. As it was midnight by then, we booked and paid the room anyway, found out that indeed, it had only two beds. The security guard could not care less about this situation, did not offer any sort of help or solution. Then we took our camping mat - which we luckily had in our car - and one of us slept on the floor. The next morning we went to talk about this at the reception. We were told, in an unfriendly way without any understanding for the unpleasantness of the whole situation, that the security guard had no access to the booking system so he could not tell us about availability on the phone. And that for 3 people we simply should have booked 2 rooms. Which would have cost 160 euros, not really our idea of a budget stay... Aside from this bad experience, the room was okay (for 2 persons), good beds, OK bathroom. We were not happy that it was not possible to switch off the air conditioning, and there was traffic noise in the morning, but this is inherent to booking a hotel near the highway so we did not mind about this.

Hôtel simple et bien équipé, très bien situé pour une étape. Calme malgré la proximité de l'autoroute et propre, bonne literie, salle de bain séparée de la chambre contrairement à certains Ibis Budget. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et complet.

Très bon accueil. Hotel sécurisé et proche des grands accès et restaurants. Les chiens sont acceptés contre supplément 5€. Ils seront interdit en salle de petit déjeuner mais, pas de panique, vous pourrez déjeuner avec lui dans l'espace juste à côté

De passage pour nous rendre à Marseille en venant du 59 nous avons été très bien accueilli avec en plus un restaurant tout à coté évitant ainsi que reprendre la voiture pour manger . Le parking est sécurité et il y a la possibilité de recharger la voiture électrique . Félicité toute votre équipe .

Commençons par le côté, positif : tout le personnel est compétent et accueillant, ça sauve un peu le séjour. La chambre est petite et triste à souhait. La literie est mauvaise et ne permet pas un sommeil reposant. Le petit déjeuner offre peu de choix alors qu'il est facturé 10€ par personne. Le restaurant est correct, toujours avec un personnel hyper sympa. J'ai mis trois étoiles sur 5 mais cet Ibis mérite tout juste une note de 5 sur 10.
